I watched the interview of Donald Trump by Maria Bartiromo yesterday, it was discouraging. Trump was expressing concern over whether the Supreme Court would even hear the case. But then I remembered that Trump is the master of misdirection. That gave me pause. So, I started reflecting on who we have not heard from during this situation.

The evidence of systemic fraud is overwhelming. Other than the MSM, which is part of the plot, this must be obvious to anyone paying attention. That begs the question, what are people like William Barr, John Ratcliff, Christopher Miller, Brig. Gen Anthony Tata, Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick doing? The FBI has been silent and that is not necessarily because Wray is not doing anything. In addition, Durham must come up with something, eventually.

There is a strange unconfirmed story about that server in Frankfurt, Germany. At first it was reported that this was owned by Scytl and was seized by the U.S. with approval from Germany. But the latest theory is that this was a CIA operation seized by U.S. Special Forces, apparently after a major fire fight with casualties. There is no mention of this is the news, but then one wouldn’t expect that. However, if something like this happened, the changes made at the highest levels in the Pentagon shortly after the election suddenly make sense.

It is easy to imagine someone like John Brennan continuing to run an anti-Trump operation at the CIA and there have been rouge CIA operations before. Most people don’t know that the real reason the U.S. did not support the Consulate in Benghazi was the Annex, where everyone was evacuated was a secret CIA facility. We still don’t know what was going on at that Annex. Some have speculated it was a CIA prison. Others say it was an operation designed to track down and recover man-portable-air-defense systems (MANPADS) which had been taken from Qaddafi’s stockpiles. If terrorists got their hands on MANPADS, the result could be the loss of civilian airliners. The Obama Administration would have been desperate to avoid letting anyone know this happened on their watch.  Fortunately, these seem to have been used primarily to shoot down Syrian helicopters, not airliners.

There was a report that the FBI requested documents regarding voter fraud identified by Sidney Powell’s team. That does not mean the FBI will do anything with the information. They had Hunter Biden’s laptop and did nothing.

This time it is different. This time they would not be interfering with a legitimate election, but rather preventing a fraudulent result from being confirmed. As I have written before, the only real path for Trump is in the State Legislatures and Congress itself. Now the question is when does the bomb need to go off in time for anyone to do something about it. My hunch is that after this week, there won’t be enough time for anything to work.

William Barr and John Durham must know that if Biden is elected, they are done, and all their work will be covered up. For example, if Barr appoints a Special Prosecutor to investigate Biden, after he is elected President, that would be close to a worst-case scenario. The same is true for Durham.

I sense there is a silent storm on the horizon. The question is when, and where it will hit. Hopefully, sooner rather than later because the clock is definitely ticking.

In 1964, Barry Goldwater was running and losing, against LBJ. Once again, the mainstream media (MSM) was complicit in helping a Democrat get elected. Most people don’t realize that Johnson was actually in trouble during that election. Goldwater was accusing LBJ, with justification of being soft on communism. Then, on August 2, 1964, the USS Maddox reported being attacked by three North Vietnamese Torpedo boats. The USS Turner Joy joined the USS Maddox on patrol, and both reported being attacked by North Vietnamese torpedo boats on August 4, 1964. This second encounter, much like the Battle of the Blips during WWII in Alaska, may not even have involved real North Vietnamese torpedo boats.

A later investigation by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee revealed that the USS Maddox was on an electronic intelligence mission. Hypothetically, that would have included Vietnamese linguists who may have been known among the very small community of Vietnamese linguists, like me, who fought in Vietnam.

Johnson ordered the bombing of North Vietnam and congress passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. The country, with the support of the MSM united behind LBJ and Goldwater never had a chance.

On October 27, 1974, Ronald Reagan gave an address to the nation called “A Time for Choosing.” This was part of a pre-recorded television program, “Rendezvous with Destiny.”  This did not help Goldwater, but it launched Ronald Reagan on a path to the White House in 1980.

In the spring of 2011, Republicans were searching for a candidate to beat Barack Obama. Sadly, they landed on Mitt Romney. I have often been depressed that we gave Barack Obama a second term but have never regretted not electing Mitt Romney. In April 2011, Donald Trump was flirting with the idea of running for President. Few, if any, took him seriously. Then Trump started talking about Obama’s birth certificate. This was widely viewed as a huge mistake. However, I saw something else and wrote about it in my blog. “Donald Trump is moving rapidly up the Republican Presidential leaderboard.    Some people watch him because they like him, some people watch him because they hate him.  But they all watch him.  This reminds me of when Ronald Reagan first started running for President.  The media constantly downplayed him as ‘just an actor.’  But they soon learned that Ronald Reagan was far more than just an actor; he was a gifted leader and a skilled politician.  Donald Trump is a very strong leader with incredible communication skills.  I believe that the people are hungry for that, and just may be willing to put up with the baggage in exchange for pure competence. “

Only a few times in our life do we get a glimpse of a special person that has the potential to become a superstar Republican candidate in the future. That happened again this week when, for the first time, we got a glimpse of an obscure State Senator from Pennsylvania. Although the Majority leader in the PA Senate and the Speaker of the House in PA had raised concerns about the obvious fraud during the 2020 election, they weren’t doing anything. But Doug Mastriano was doing something. He convinced the Chairman of the Senate Majority Policy Committee to hold a hearing to vet election issues. This is beyond amazing. The Senate Majority Policy Committee is hardly the best choice for this type of investigation. But it is the committee that Mastriano was on, so he seized the day.

Mastriano chaired that hearing.  Rudy Giuliani was finally allowed to give his full presentation displaying the evidence regarding voter fraud. That may have just changed everything.

Mastriano said the following:

“Elections are a fundamental principle of our democracy – unfortunately, Pennsylvanians have lost faith in the electoral system,” “It is unacceptable.”

“Over the past few weeks, I have heard from thousands of Pennsylvanians regarding issues experienced at the polls, irregularities with the mail-in voting system and concerns whether their vote was counted,” “We need to correct these issues to restore faith in our republic.”

Once again, we have a political leader, who is listening to his constituents and who has incredible communication skills. Mastriano also has an extremely impressive background as a former Army Colonel. I didn’t know him before this hearing, but I know him now. Soon, a lot of people will know all about him.  We haven’t seen this kind of talent and drive since, well, 2011.

While it would take a miracle, there is still a distance possibility that Donald Trump will re-elected. But, even if he does not make it, this is not the time to give up hope. Desperate times expose the future leaders.It took the Vietnam was to allow Ronald Reagan to emerge. It took the failed presidency of Barack Obama to motivate a Donald Trump. It may have taken the most fraudulent federal election in our nation’s history to alert us to the incredible force that is Doug Mastriano.

This is a reminder that no matter what happens this week, or next week or next year, there is always reason for hope. God is still in control and he is the one who holds the future. Sometimes, he gives us a glimpse of that if we are paying attention.

If you watch football, you know all about the RedZone. That is the part of the field within 20 yards of an opponent’s goal line. It is where most of the scoring takes place. It is certainly where a lot of the excitement takes place. But there is something else we all know. Victory is often achieved by the team holding the ball last. That is particularly true if your team has one of the great quarterbacks.

There was a classic example of that Sunday Night. The Las Vegas Raiders scored the go-ahead touchdown with only 93 seconds lefts in the game. The team was celebrating. Victory looked secure. But wiser and more experience people realized that the opposite was true. Patrick Mahomes is a special and dangerous quarterback.  With someone like that 93 seconds is an eternity. He didn’t even need 93 seconds. He threw the winning touchdown pass with 28 seconds to spare.

One again, everyone in the media is watching the wrong game. They saw Joe Biden run up the score with late counts. They saw state after state declare Joe the winner. Everyone in the mainstream has been referring to Joe as President Elect. Biden even has his own seal reading: “Office of the President Elect.” That is because everyone was looking at this, assuming the final decision would be made by the courts, and they would never overturn a federal election. They are probably right about that, but Donald Trump has never relied on the establishment to win. He never relied on the mainstream media. He never relied on RINO Republicans. He didn’t rely on politicians at all, he relied on the American people. He believes he understands the American people better than his opponents. He understands what they really want, and he understands the importance of keeping promises.

So, while everyone else was focused on the courts, Trump’s campaign was focused on two things. The American people and state legislatures. His campaign used the limited media available to get out the facts about this election. Those facts, to anyone paying attention, make it impossible to ignore the ugly odor of massive fraud. He was helped tremendously by victory celebrations from people like Schumer and Pelosi. They started bragging about how they were going to change everything. But they forgot something important. There is still time on the clock and Trump is playing a different game.

The Trump campaign finally got a chance to make their case, the only place it mattered, in from of the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Committee meeting in Gettysburg. The presentation by Rudy Giuliani and his witnesses was stunning. At one point, when this expert with unimpeachable credentials said that about 600,000 votes came in during a dump and Trump only got about 3,200 of those votes, there was literally a gasp. Not just from the spectators, who were all predictably pro-Trump, but also from the State Senators on that panel.

The media ignored this hearing entirely. They pretended it never happened. But the shot heard round the world was only heard by a handful of people at the time. The significance of that shot shook the world. Since then the Pennsylvania legislature has set up a vote to reject the results of the election and declare Donald Trump the winner. One state Judge has already made the only decision that really matters. Patricia A. McCullough is a Pennsylvania Appeals Court Judge ruled that the PA Governor and Secretary of State did not have the authority to extend the mail-in ballot deadline to 3 days after the election. What matters here is that she did not require the Trump administration to provide documented proof of how many votes were impacted. She simply ruled that the issues raised are found to be of statewide and national concern.

She also provided a path for Trump to win this. He does not need the courts to award him the victory, that was never going to happen. What he does need is state legislatures to become convinced that the election was stolen and to act. It is the state legislatures who have the power to turn this around.

Trump did more than that, he has convinced millions of people that this election was stolen. Despite the mainstream media shrieking about the lack of evidence, while refusing to look for evidence, Trump has clearly made his case to the American people. The latest poll showed that 63% of all voters believe the election was fraudulent.  That number is probably higher today. That means those state legislators are beginning to realize they have more to fear from all those voters than they do from the mainstream media or their Democratic opponents. They are getting inundated by phone calls and “Stop the Steal Rallies” are gearing up. Once people start believing there is a chance for Trump to win this, those rallies will explode overnight. The movement now has a voice, Doug Mastriano. We have a new leader in this country, someone with an incredible resume, but also with a unique gift for motivating people. You are going to be seeing and hearing a lot from him and it would be naïve and dangerous to underestimate this man. He is a former Army Colonel, a dangerous man on a mission with the skill set to pull it off.

His message is clear. The evidence of election fraud is overwhelming. We all know this is true. We can not longer ignore this. We can not longer pretend and look aside. This is our moment. This is our time. This is our mission.

Trump is not fighting this battle before the courts or even the Republicans in congress. He is fighting this battle the same way he fought for re-election. By going directly to the American people and confronting them with the truth. The mainstream media has tried and failed to suppress the truth. They are using meaningless lower court decision to pretend Trump has lost. He has not. He is just now getting to the Supreme Court. A very different Supreme Court. A Supreme Court that just shutdown Andrew Cuomo and John Roberts at the same time. This court, unlike the lower courts, will let the Trump team put on its case. If the same Rudy Giuliani who showed up in Gettysburg appears at the Supreme Court, this is likely to shock the world. I now believe they will rule that while there is not enough evidence for them to set aside the results of the election, there is more than enough evidence to direct the state legislatures to hold hearings and decide whether or not to certify this election.

If that happens, then we could see this election end up at congress in a tie, not because legislatures declare Trump the winner, but rather because they refuse to declare Biden the winner. Perhaps Trump said this most accurately when he says Biden needs to prove he really got 80 million votes to be President of the United States. Bingo, everyone has been demanding Trump prove the election was stolen. It is about time Biden was asked to prove there wasn’t fraud. If that becomes the focus, Biden is in deep trouble.  So far Biden and his friends in the MSM aren’t even answering the question. They are trying to run out the clock by avoiding the subject. But there is too much time on the clock and the victory celebrations may have been premature.

We are in the RedZone. This is unprecedented and unpredictable. But we are in a very different place than we were last week, and the game will be decided very soon.

The Kraken was released last night. It was a 104-page lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell in Georgia. I am not an attorney, but I did manage the tort liability for a major corporation for over 15 years. I have handled literally thousands of lawsuits. In addition, I currently do extensive work as an expert witness and litigation consultant. While I would never offer a legal opinion, I am familiar with how the system works and can easily determine whether someone has a strong case.

I read the actual lawsuit and it is very strong. One thing that was compelling is that many of the arguments used by Sidney Powell were previously used by Stacy Abrams, Elizabeth Warren and Ron Wyden. There are written complaints about the vulnerability of Dominion voting machines and the associated software from prominent Democrats. It is going to be difficult to dismiss this as purely partisan.

I was wondering how they would get standing. That soon became obvious, the plaintiffs are Republicans who are electors chosen by the Republican Party. The law is very clear, these people do have standing.

There are numerous eyewitness accounts supported by affidavits. The lawsuit asks for the issuance of subpoenas so people can be deposed under oath.  These clearly show a pattern of systemic fraud, but more importantly, this is used to demonstrate that this fraud affected enough votes to overturn the results of the election. Even if there was no issue with the voting machines, this could be enough to void the election. Nearly 100,000 absentee votes were processed in violation of Georgia State laws and regulations. There are reports of ballots with no proven provenance. In some cases, the ballots appear to have been pre-printed and have votes only for Joe Biden.

Georgia mysterious stopped counting ballots because of a water leak. There was no significant water leak, just one leaking toilet. However, all the ballot counters were sent home. But some people stayed and continued counting ballots. This is when Joe Biden got a miraculous surge in ballots.

Some of the witnesses are Democrats who personally observed ballots for Trump being put in the Biden pile. No Biden ballots ever being put in the Trump pile.

I could go on, but you get the point. This is not a weak effort and is supported by evidence. You can tell how important this is by the way the MSM, Google, Twitter and Facebook are desperately trying to block you from seeing it. Twitter blocked Sidney Powell completely. If you search for this lawsuit on Google, you get a spam warning, and they try to block you from seeing it. However, this is a legal document, and they can’t prevent anyone from reading it.

If this lawsuit is covered objectively by the press, it will immediately change public opinion. There are already reports that 63% of people think the election was stolen for Biden. That would increase substantially.

Right now, a lot of people realize this election smells of fraud, but the usual suspects keep moaning about no evidence. Now, there is evidence, compelling evidence, so the same people are trying to suppress this information.

The problem is that Trump was far more effective than anyone predicted. The people determined to stop him were forced to take drastic actions, in the middle of the night, to try and rescue the failed campaign of Joe Biden. Desperate people, working under stress, make mistakes. They left evidence behind.

Today, the Supreme Court blocked Governor Cuomo from banning religious services. Justice Roberts sided with the three liberals but lost on a 5-4 vote. The deciding vote was Amy Comey Barrett. The decision was that regardless of the alleged crisis of COVID 19, the government still cannot interfere with religious freedom. The real leader of the Supreme Court today is Justice Clarence Thomas and that is a monumental change.

Cases brought by the Trump Campaign and people like Sidney Powell are going to reach the Supreme Court. A very different that the Supreme Court. Don’t assume that they will shrink from making difficult but necessary decisions to protect our fundamental freedoms.

It is too early to celebrate or even predict, but things have changed. Las Vegas is still not paying off people who bet on Joe Biden. The cities expecting violence if Trump was re-elected are still boarded up. Always remember, the louder people scream that this is over, the less likely that is actually true.

This lawsuit will be immediately trashed by the usual “legal experts.” There are a lot of typos. But if they really thought this lawsuit would be routinely dismissed by a judge, they wouldn’t even bother to comment on it. I think at least some people are panicked by this lawsuit and that should be an encouraging sign for everyone else.

The Majority Policy Committee of the Pennsylvania Senate held a hearing today in Gettysburg, PA. Rudy Giuliani was remarkable. He was not sweating; he is focused, and he is having an impact. The witnesses that testified were stunning. One witness alleges that there were 600,000 more absentee ballots received than were sent out. The senators appeared to be shocked and outraged. Frankly, some of them appear to be embarrassed that this would happen in their state on their watch.

Jenna Ellis explained to the Pennsylvania Senate that under the constitution the legislature is the final authority to select the electors. While they may have delegated that to the Secretary of State, they still have the final authority.

If the state legislature in Pennsylvania decides that the election results are illegal and selects their own electors, it will go off like a nuclear bomb. Some of the allegations being made in Pennsylvania happened in numerous other states.

Now imagine your self being a state legislator in other states, like Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona and you see the Pennsylvania legislature take such drastic action. Your phone is ringing off the hook by calls by pissed off voters demanding action. That would be the ultimate wake-up call and failure to act responsibly may impact your own political future.

We have never seen anything like this before. Like I have written many times before, 2020 is beyond weird. This would be an unprecedented action by a state legislature that has not happened since 1871. It would be remarkable, so it would be naïve to assume something this rare actually occurs. That does not mean, that this is not at least possible. The fact that they called this hearing is in and of itself remarkable.

My guess is that they will wait for the courts to decide, but if the courts do not act, I would not rule out this state legislature taking decisive action. The closing statement was remarkable by Doug Mastriano, who requested this hearing. He said that the priority must be that the person who won the election is declared the winner. I would not underestimate him. He is a combat veteran, who retired as a Colonel in 2017. He has a Doctorate in History from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He was the lead planner for the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He deployed three times to Afghanistan  and was Director of the NATO Joint Intelligence Center in Afghanistan. He ended his career as a Professor of the U.S. Army War College and taught Strategic Strategies. This is a guy who doesn’t back down.

There is another story that may have more implications than anyone realizes. This one is here in California.

There has been massive fraud with EDD Checks. So far investigators have discovered over $400,000 in benefits paid to prisoners on death row, and millions more to other incarcerated individuals.  Nine district attorneys and a federal prosecutor are alleging massive unemployment fraud in jails and prisons throughout California. In the meantime, millions of law-abiding citizens, desperate for help, still haven’t received their EDD checks because of delays. Some estimate the final cost to approach $1 billion. It does not get any worse than this. Cottie Petri-Norris, a Democrat and chair of the state’s Accountability and Administration review committee said the ineptitude at EDD knows now bounds. Hmm. Isn’t it her job to prevent things like this from happening?

This story has gone nuclear, but no one is mentioning the obvious. If the State of California cannot even process EDD checks, without mucking things up this bad, why would anyone trust them to count mail-in ballots. There is zero excuse for this. This casts serious doubts about the entire State Government, which happens to be run totally by Democrats. Governor Newsom, already in trouble for his dinner at the French Laundry, will be lucky if he avoids being recalled.

People are sick and tired of being lied to and equally tired of arrogant and incompetent people trying to micromanage their lives. No matter who wins (steals) this presidential election, there has already been a fundamental change in this country. While I hope and pray Trump finds a way to win, even if he loses, the biggest losers will be the mainstream media, the Democratic Party and Democrats who are grossly mismanaging blue states.

Perhaps the person at greatest risk is Joe Biden. If he becomes President of the United States, he is guaranteed to muck things up. When he does, if you combine that with about 70 million people convinced, he stole the election, that is a worst-case scenario. His dream of people coming together exists only in his own delusional mind. This is unlikely to end well, for anyone, but Joe Biden may pay the highest price of all.

In the meantime, the Punch and Judy show today was spectacular. At a minimum, some people who have been ignoring this, to their peril, may start to pay attention. If the mainstream media starts actually investigating this, instead of ignoring the obvious, that could change everything. Even the most biased reporter in the MSM must realize if they miss this story, they are toast.

Today a superseding indictment was unsealed today against 15 defendants. This includes alleged members of La Cosa Nostra.  Among the charges are racketerring conspiracy.

Here is why the timing of that matters. There are articles, quickly discredited by the MSM, that Skinny Joe Merlino was taking a victory strutt claiming that he helped steal the 2020 election for Joe Biden. The allegation is that Merlino and a team of associate ordered up to 300,000 election ballots for Joe Biden. That is easy to believe, because there were convictions for stuffing ballots boxes in Philadelphia during the late summer. Philadelphia has a long history of election fraud.

How A Philly Mob Boss Stole The Election — And Why He May Flip On Joe Biden – The Clover Chronicle

In this article the theory was that Merlino might be willing to flip on Biden, in exchange for a pardon from Trump.

“But now, Merlino might just be willing to flip on Biden — in primetime Congressional testimony — if President Donald J. Trump is willing to issue the longtime mobster a full expungement of his decades-long criminal record.  And, of course, Merlino wants to be pardoned for the election fraud itself and any crimes to which he may incriminate himself during his testimony.”

That was last week. That was before the DOJ indicted all these people. The only thing certain is that some of these people are looking at serious jail time and we can be guaranteed they are being offered the chance to sing. The question is what tune?

Merlino plead guilty to racketeering in 2018 and is on supervised probation in Florida. He may have a very strong incentive to avoid being charged with violating his probation.

“Prosecutors also describe how underboss Steven Mazzone, capo or “captain” Domenic Grande, and Salvatore Mazzone participated in a “making ceremony” in August 2015, when “several new soldiers” showed up to a home in South Philly to be initiated into the mob. “As part of a making ceremony, a soldier swears allegiance to LCN over and above all other interests and obligations, including his biological family,” the indictment says. “He swears a vow of secrecy, agreeing not to divulge LCN business to non-members, or even to acknowledge the organization’’s existence.

“He also agrees to commit violence on behalf of LCN if necessary,” the filing adds. “By rule, a made member of LCN must be male and of 100% Italian ancestry.”

Someone, who was at this ceremony, has been singing. The original indictment was sealed in January 2019. It clearly did not leak, which is why we have the unsealing of indictments today.

One thing is sure, William Barr knew about this and the timing is spectacular, just before the Trump campaigns lawsuit regarding election fraud is heading toward the Supreme Court.

Obviously the FBI was actively working this case before, during and after the election. People connected with the mob were convicted of election fraud late last summer. You don’t get an indictment like this unless you have evidence. That may include undercover agents or informers, It may also include wire-taps, video surveillance or subpoenaed documents. This is a reminder that if serious people are doing serious investigations you won’t know about that until someone is indicted.

The question today is did the FBI catch fish, or did they catch bait. Just when you thought 2020 could not get more weirder.

In a bizarre twist, the Trump lawyers tried to distance themselves from Sidney Powell. Some are reporting that this because she does not actually have any evidence. If that is true, then it makes the Trump lawyers look even worse. They had her stand on the platform next to them and present her case. Trump has tweeted about her. They own her either way, so why do this?

One thing is sure, regardless of what specific evidence Powell does or does not have, the evidence of fraud in this election is overwhelming. Whether or not the evidence is sufficient to win in court is debatable, but one would have to be blind to not recognize the numerous signs of wide-spread corruption.

If she had no evidence at all and was bluffing, her career is toast. Since Lin Wood was signing in the chorus that would hurt him too. It is hard to believe either of these people being that dumb, but 2020 has already set a new standard for weirdness.

One thing is sure, it is time for her to put up or shut up. My hunch is that will happen as early as this week. If she has been spinning some bizarre hoax, it is a work of art. According to Redstate.com, hardly a liberal rag, no one in the campaign or the White House has seen any of the evidence talked about by Powell.  Perhaps Tucker Carlson was closer to the target than anyone realized. Now it is easy to understand why Powell may not have wanted to give evidence to Carlson. But it is harder to understand why she wouldn’t give it to the White House, with one caveat. Powell said that the first state she is going to destroy is Georgia and that includes Governor Kemp. Hmmm. She implies that he was part of the decision to use Dominion software machines and part of the cover-up. Perhaps Ms. Powell believes there are still people in the White House that cannot be trusted.

Sadly, I am inclined to believe she has no solid evidence. The only thing that gives me pause is that Dominion software executives were scheduled to testify before the Pennsylvania legislature, under oath, and they declined to show. Today, they sent a spokesman, not under oath, to be interviewed by FOX News. He clearly lied. He said there was no way Dominion machines could switch votes. But he didn’t say the software used by the machines could not do that and there are reports dating back years proving the opposite. That smells of cover-up.

She also could be a victim of people who promised documents they didn’t have. There are plenty of them to go around. In addition, no one has heard from William Barr. He seems strangely silent as does John Durham. It is increasingly difficult to believe either of them are going to come through on this. But if not, what exactly have they been doing?

Once again, everyone is focused on the smoke and ignoring the fire. Joe Biden is declining daily. They called a lid today and then sped away without the press pool. But, regardless of any decision by Trump, Biden must appear in public, even under controlled circumstances and look at least somewhat capable of the job. Remember, there is a reason congress and not the electoral college votes for the President. It protects us against something weird, like a President Elect who is shows signs of serious dementia. Ask yourself this, if it becomes obvious to everyone that Joe is simply not capable of being President, do you really think this congress will elect Kamala Harris? Like I said, 2020 is beyond weird.

In the meantime, Michael Flynn, Jr. says that the decision by the Trump lawyers to distance themselves from Sidney Powell is primarily about the money coming in for the legal defense fund.  There have been a lot of complaints about how where those dollars are going. Of course, no one ever asks these questions about Democrats.

I do not know. I just know that my prediction about someone ending up with egg on their face remains accurate. Right now, it is Trump that looks to be in serious trouble.

But, in a greater sense, getting rid of Trump strips Democrats of their major argument for existence. If Trump is gone, so is the opportunity to blame him for everything. Unless we are wrong and their plans really are brilliant, they are the ones in serious trouble. Sometimes, winning is merely a short cut to losing.

On final thought. Sidney Powell said she is pursuing criminal charges. As a civilian, she cannot file a lawsuit alleging crimes. She would need the help of someone who can do that. Someone like William Barr. Hmm. May be more here that meets the eye.

In the meantime, someone is up Bluff’s Creek. Who is bluffing and who is not?

One thing is certain about this election. When the dust clears, a lot of people are going to have a lot of egg on their face. As of today, the MSM, including people like Tucker Carlson, believes that is going to be Donald Trump and his legal team. If this team cannot come up with irrefutable evidence of massive fraud, that is exactly what will happen.

But what if Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and Donald Trump are right. What if there is irrefutable evidence of massive voter fraud? Then it is the MSM, the Democratic Party and the usual RINO Republican suspects who have egg all over their face.

Either way, somebody is wrong here. Either Biden won this election fair and square and Trump just can’t accept reality, or there really was massive voter fraud. Before you decide, consider the following:

Which candidate drew record spontaneous and wildly enthusiastic crowds and which candidate couldn’t fill a phone booth?

Which political party won almost every contested race and which political part lost almost every contested race?

Who has been lying to you for the past four years and who has not?

Which candidate was leading by unexpected margins, until massive votes for the other candidate miraculous appeared in the wee hours of the morning?

Sidney Powell is either delusional or she has solid evidence that will blow everyone away.  She now reports that the good guys seized the servers in Frankfurt.

When you evaluate this, consider the following interview of William Barr by Wolf Blitzer.  If you watch this interview, it is impossible to believe that the DOJ is not investigating this.

Barr was clearly concerned about a lot of things, including foreign interference in our election. Barr knows there are currently people within the DOJ and the FBI who cannot be trusted. Odds are very high that he put together a very secret team of people he trusts, in both the DOJ and the FBI to investigate this. None of these people would include those who are known to leak information to places like the Washington Post.

Trump met with the DOJ in the White House. Following that meeting, the DOJ did not make any statement at all. The Washington Post reported:

“But current and former officials said they thought Giuliani’s accusations sounded “crazy,” and they have not seen or heard of any evidence suggesting large-scale fraud, let alone the kind of intercontinental conspiracy described by the president’s lawyer. Trump’s twitter account today said: “We will show massive and unprecedented fraud.” He clearly is not just talking about the obvious problems in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Sidney Powell said that Trump was the one who released the Krakken. What if the Krakken turns out to be a massive investigation into unprecedented voter fraud that included secret units of the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, and others.

To most of us, the evidence of massive voter fraud is beyond obvious. Which is easier to believe? That this was ignored by the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, and others? Or, that people like Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo, John Ratcliff, and William Barr saw the same things you saw and went into action.

The MSM is working overtime to stop all investigations and declare Biden the winner. Time Magazine even put “Joe Biden, 46^th President of the United States” on its cover. They haven’t investigated any of the numerous allegations of fraud, they are too busy celebrating anytime a lawsuit is dismissed.

Yet Trump doesn’t sound like he thinks he lost. Sidney Powell is saying that Trump not only won, but he won by millions of votes that were shifted by software designed especially for that purpose. She is not backing down, if anything she is sounding increasingly confident. She pointed out that while the Trump campaign was investigating it didn’t have access to the investigation being done by the government.

Trump knows things that you don’t know. He knows things that no one else knows. If William Barr told Trump he had no evidence of massive voter fraud, Trump would never ignore that. He also wouldn’t ignore it if Barr told him there was evidence of massive fraud.

The clock is ticking, and things are going to start happening at the speed of light. When this is done, the only thing certain is a lot of people are going to be incredibly embarrassed. The question is who will end up with egg all over their face?

I was the risk manager for a major corporation. One of the challenges of that position is the failure of most people to understand risk. For a lot of people, if they didn’t see something on color TV, it didn’t happen.  The first color television broadcast was broadcast in 1951, but the colors were not quite true to life. CBS because airing the first color television series, the World is Yours, on June 27, 1951. The first major show broadcast was Dragnet in 1953. However, color TV did not really catch on until the 1960s. That is because color TV sets were expensive, they weren’t very good and only a few shows were broadcast in color. They were still selling more black and white TV sets than color TV sets in the early 70s.

Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color was broadcast in September 1961 and that changed everything. Suddenly, color TVs began to make sense. Prior to that most TVs were black and white, and most shows were broadcast in black and white. Younger people do not realize that live broadcast of the Kennedy Assassination, in November 1963, was broadcast in black and white.

The point is that color TV has not been around all that long and a lot of things that happened before color TV can and will happen again. Risk managers know this. Floods, for example, occur on 50-year, 100-year and 200-year cycles. Most people have never seen a 200-year flood, but they have happened in the past and they will happen in the future.

Presidential elections have all been resolved the same way for a long time. There is a vote. Then, as a result of this vote electors are chosen based on which candidate won that state. The electors meet on the 14^th of December and vote for President. But the electors don’t elect the president. It is just that this has happened exactly this way for so long that few people know how it really works. The president is elected when and only when congress approves the vote of the electoral college. All it would take is one Congressional Representative and one Senator to vote no, and then congress must decide who is the next president. Even if this happens, one expects congress to vote the same way as the electoral college. But they are not required to do that.

It is hard to imagine congress rejecting the vote of the electoral college, but a lot of things about 2020 are hard to imagine. Imagine that the Trump campaign finds smoking gun undeniable evidence of systemic voter fraud, after the states certify their votes, but before the electoral college votes.  What if the evidence was impossible to ignore? Even some Democrats would be likely to be seriously concerned about that.

There are other things that could happen that would also create an interesting dilemma. Just imagine, for example, a special prosecutor is appointed to investigate Joe Biden regarding corruption. There is more than enough evidence already to justify that.That may actually be more likely than not. John Durham has yet to release his report on the origins of the Russian investigation. Guess who was a key participant in that? You guessed it, Joe Biden. What if Joe Biden starts showing increasing signs of senility? What if he is clearly not up to the job of president? What if he failed a cognitive test? What if he caught COVID-19? What if he had a stroke? What if he died? Don’t assume that congress would automatically vote for Kamala Harris to become President of the United States.

I am predicting none of this. Odds are the states will certify the vote, the electoral college will vote, and congress will vote to accept. It has happened exactly that way for longer than anyone can imagine. But that is not what the constitution says. Like I said, nothing about 2020 would be beyond imagining.

But the good news is whatever happens, we will watch it on color TV.

I watched the Rudy Giuliani press conference today. It was remarkable. He made a compelling case for wide-spread voter fraud and at least some of the reporters in that room realized that. He pushed back strongly against the argument that there is no evidence of fraud. However, he was also a hot mess, literally, and sweated so much his hair dye started streaking down his face. He also said a lot of things that did not need to be said and that makes it easier for the MSM to continue ignoring this. For example, his attacks on Democrats as inherently corrupt, although accurate, merely distracted from the seriousness of the evidence he was presenting.

The case described by Rudy is probably not enough to get the Supreme Court to overturn an election. It is naïve to expect them to reject 600,000 ballots. Andrew McCarthy a sharp former federal prosecutor pointed out, correctly, that the courts will be unlikely to overturn this election, but he missed something important. The Supreme Court could send this down to the State Legislature to decide.

The strongest case for Trump may be the data which shows results, nationwide, that are mathematically impossible. He may get decisions that would overturn both Michigan and Pennsylvania and that could win the election. But even the odds of those two states being reversed is not high.

Prior to this news conference, approximately 70% of the people who voted for Trump believed this election was stolen. After this news conference that has probably increased to nearly 100%. The truth is going to come out, the only question is whether it will be in time to change the results of this election. The charges made by Rudy Giuliani are extremely serious and cannot be ignored. A responsible MSM would immediately investigate this because the worst-case scenario is if this is proven after Biden has been sworn into office. But their hatred for Donald Trump means they almost certainly will refuse to cover this story at all and continue to pretend there is no evidence.

One thing is clear, Rudy Giuliani is the wrong spokesman for this case. He is a good attorney and he clearly understands the law and the rules of evidence. He would be far more effective in front of a jury than his critics realize. But this case is headed to the Supreme Court and that requires a very different skill set. Ted Cruz has exactly that level of experience and ability. He has successfully argued cases in front of the Supreme Court and even people who hate him respect his knowledge of the constitution. I remember once when Eric Holder, in response to a question from Ted Cruz, said that he would never question Ted Cruz’s knowledge of the constitution. If Trump wants to win this, he needs to turn this over to Ted Cruz or someone else with similar experience and capability. It is time to put this case on Cruz control.

Do not give up hope. Despite the obviously widespread fraud, Democrats lost this election. They may or may not put Biden in the White House, but they lost everything else. There were 27 House races considered to be toss-ups by the pollsters. The GOP won all 27.  At best, they succeeded only in electing an incompetent 77-year-old racist crook to be President of the United States. Buyers remorse is right around the corner. Prepare for anything. We recently stocked up, again, on toilet paper. Just saying!
