One of the biggest problems with the liberals is that they assume anyone who disagrees with them is either ignoring the science or just ignorant. For example, they can’t fathom a truly intelligent person who does not agree with the science concerning climate change (global warming.) They just ignore any evidence or science that conflicts with their world view. They view themselves as the intellectually superior cultured elite and cannot comprehend why everyone else does not understand that.

It is this same mentality that not only embraced the COVID 19 vaccines, only available because of the warp speed program developed by Donald Trump, they literally DEMANDED that everyone get vaccinated. This included people, such as children, with extremely low risk. It included professional athletes, who also had very low risk. It even included people who had already got COVID 19 and recovered given them natural immunity. What makes this incredible and horrifying is that the same people said they would never take a vaccine developed by “Donald Trump”, until Joe Biden was selected to be President of the United States. Then they tried to pretend this was Joe’s ideal all along. Remarkable.

Many of us who watched election results in November of 2020 were horrified at what we saw. Trump had huge leads in some key states, only to seem them dwindle away and finally disappear as more late-night vote totals, all for Joe Biden, all in Democratic controlled districts, swung the needle to the other side. We saw numerous reports of poll watchers being blocked. We saw videos of ballot drops, in the middle of the night. And the problems with Mail-in ballots was obvious. We also heard reports of voting machines with questionable certification. Like we should trust voting machines, designed by Democrats, in Democratic controlled districts. Please!

While there were some truly ridiculous conspiracy theories, like votes being counted in a secret bunker overseas, many of these concerns had the ugly, all too familiar, odor of truth. Anyone who expects a Republican to be treated fairly in an election in places like New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, or any other major metropolitan area run by Democratic machines is naïve. We have seen this pattern repeatedly for decades and history teaches us it has been going on a lot longer than that.

Yet the MSM has argued, ridiculously, that the 2020 election was the most honest election in history. When Donald Trump dared to complain, this was called the big lie, discredited by the dismissal of lawsuits even though honest legal scholars know that courts have always been reluctant to decide who won any election. The only time the Supreme Court made a decision was in Bush v. Gore, when the Democratic plan to count only votes in highly Democratic districts was so blatantly dishonest that the court said no. Even in that case the MSM consistently says this was a 5-4 decision by the conservative majority. However, the court found 7 -2, which included liberal judges, that the inconsistencies in manual recording methods and standards between Florida’s counties amounted to a violation of the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. If Trump had attorneys smart enough to present this argument, particularly in Pennsylvania where this was blatantly obvious, he just might have won that case. Instead, they brought cases that no court could consider, in view of the circumstances.

This meant that the decision regarding who won the election was up to Congress. Congress was discussing the validity of some of the electors and could have ordered State Legislatures to investigate and report, but that ended on January 6^th. It did not end because of a losing argument, it lost because of the January 6^th fiasco, which scared congress, led by Mike Pence, to rush through ratification of the 2020 election ending any opportunity for a different result, without regard to the consequences.

Now numerous Democratic prosecutors, including an incredibly biased Special Counsel, appointed by the despicable Merritt Garland, are indicting Trump for daring to question the results. They ignore the fact that Al Gore literally sued to overturn an election. They ignore the fact that Democrats proposed alternative electors during the 2016 election. They ignore the fact that Hillary Clinton continues to lie about the 2016 election. No, the only evil here is Donald Trump and we must put him in jail to make sure he never ever becomes President of the United States.

Many in the MSM bought this, and CNN swallowed it hook line and sinker. But the American people are not buying this. For several months polls showed that most Americans think the 2020 election was rigged. Recent polls show that this may be approaching 2/3rds of the voting population. In addition to this, the same polls show that these same people believe that Joe Biden is corrupt.

The response by Democrats and their fawning supporters in the MSM has been to turn up the volume on their microphones and shriek utter nonsense at the top of their lungs. But they are increasingly howling against the wind with predicable results. A wind that is building in intensity and unless something changes a wind that will blow all of them off their self-erected pedestals built on sinking sand.

When Jack Smith filed a new cause of action, in a DC Court, requesting trial to begin on January 2, 2024. It is clear his intention is to litigate this matter to prevent Donald Trump from being a candidate for President.

Up until this latest stunt, at least the DOJ could argue that they were treating Donald Trump like anyone else and holding him accountable under the law to the same standards as any other citizen. Few believed this, but it was at least an argument. But this latest effort puts their real intentions on full display.

It is important to point out that all the actions allegedly taken by Donald Trump, regarding this new indictment, took place while he was still President of the United States. There is no provision in the constitution that allows an incumbent President of the United States to pursue legal action against his predecessor in office for actions taken by his predecessor while in office. The sole remedy for alleged high crimes and misdemeanors by a President of the United States, while in office, is impeachment. Impeachment charges must be brought by the House and confirmed after trial in the Senate. The Supreme Court has been extremely reluctant to take any action that would interfere with a federal election, but this has now reached the point where they may no longer have any choice.

The House of Representatives, while under Democratic control, tried to impeach Donald Trump on two occasions. The first was based on his phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky that took place on July 25, 2019. Here is exactly what Trump said:

“There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it… It sounds horrible to me.”

Based on recent developments, only disclosed after Republicans took back control of the House, Donald Trump was pretty darn accurate. Democrats argued that this amounted to election interference, even though at the time Joe Biden was not even an announced candidate for President.

In retrospect, it was the House of Representative, lead by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi that engaged in election interference by a blatant attempt to stop Donald Trump from running for re-election. Incredibly for pointing out the truth about Joe Biden.

The Senate refused to confirm the impeachment. Later, the House filed additional impeachment charges against Donald Trump, regarding alleged actions in connection with January 6^th, 2021, with only hours left in his term of office. Again, the Senate refused to confirm the impeachment.

One could and Trump’s attorneys will argue that this latest indictment by Jack Smith involves the same actions that were alleged in the desperate last-minute attempt at impeachment of Donald Trump by the House of Representatives.

it is hard, no impossible, to imagine the Biden DOJ choosing a more obviously inappropriate person to be Special Counsel assigned to investigate Donald Trump. Jack Smith prosecuted the Republican Governor of Virginia, Robert F. McDonnell. He obtained a conviction. This was overturned by a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court. Here is how Politico reported on that decision:

If this continues, there will be an immediate demand by outraged Republicans for the House to impeach Joe Biden and remove him from office, making him also ineligible for re-election. Imagine that. A presidential campaign between two candidates, both alleged to be disqualified for office because of blatant corruption. One could describe this a lot of ways, but the peaceful transfer of power required by our constitution is not on the list.

The first primary elections for the 2024 election start in January. The Republican debates start on August 23, 2023. We are rapidly running out of time and out of options. Kicking the can down the proverbial road can’t even be considered.

This reminds me of a quote: “the beatings will continue until morale improves.” Whether they realize it or not, Democrats are trying to win over Republicans by beating them on the head with a war of words. This isn’t working, so in an act of desperation, they have doubled down on insanity. They would be wise to remember than in any war, there are always casualties on both sides. This is too insane to believe, but too believable to safely ignore.

Joe Biden announced a deliberate sabotage of our national interests similar to what Bill Clinton did. On September 18, 1996, Bill Clinton spoke from the south rim of “Arizona’s Grand Canyon and declared 1.7 million acres in southern Utah as the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. He gave a moving speech, very similar to what Biden gave recently. He used the same law, the Antiquities Act of 1906 Biden cited to support his decision. Clinton gave away an enormous reserve of coal that was uniquely capable of suppling our energy needs with much less pollution. Joe blocked our access to uranium.

Here is what the MSM refused to cover. “For six years, Kanab, pop. 3,000, has eagerly awaited coal development by Andalex, a Dutch-owned company that would tap into a mother lode of coal – 62 billion tons according to a recent federal analysis – under the remote, grassy Kaiparowits Plateau. The 50-year project was to provide locals with hundreds of decent-paying jobs and billions of dollars in state and local taxes. Now, with one simple proclamation, Clinton had derailed the plan.”

For the record, I am not exactly a fan of coal mining. While there is a serious and legitimate dispute regarding whether oil is even a fossil fuel, coal absolutely is a fossil fuel and coal mines indisputably leave behind a gigantic mess. I just think these kinds of decisions should be made by congress, after reasoned debate, and not by a President grandstanding for environmental extremists.

One again a Democratic President unilaterally made a decision that has significant national security implications.  Joe Biden announced recently a new national monument in Arizona, called “Baaj Nwaavjo I’tah Kukveni.” This included the largest uranium reserves in the U.S.

At least MSN reported on the Uranium. In 1996, few noticed the coal reserves and mining coal is not that popular. But this time, the cover-up may not work. It is hard to imagine any U.S. President doing something so likely to help our most feared enemies, like China, and Russia, at the worst possible time. While coal is abundant, uranium is not.

This is a reminder of when Hillary Clinton was involved in the transfer of 20% of our uranium reserves out of the U.S. to Canada where it was shipped overseas. The following article from Snopes.com, which is a website designed to discredit legitimate criticisms about Democrats, documented exactly why this transaction was a problem.

Snopes admitted that the Clinton Foundation got $145 million from Uranium One investors. Then tries to explain why this shouldn’t be suspicious, documenting instead why it stinks to high heaven.

“Of the $145 million allegedly contributed to the Clinton Foundation by Uranium One investors, the lion’s share — $131.3 million — came from a single donor, Frank Giustra, the company’s Canadian founder. But Giustra sold off his entire stake in the company in 2007, three years before the Russia deal and at least 18 months before Clinton became secretary of state. 

Of the remaining individuals connected with Uranium One who donated to the Clinton Foundation, only one was found to have contributed during the same time frame that the deal was taking place, according to The New York Times — Ian Telfer (also a Canadian), the company’s chairman:?

Can you imagine the MSM ignoring something like this involving Trump?

All this begs the question: “which is more important, someone who allegedly conspired to get elected by preventing Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden from being President of the United States? Or people like Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden who, when in positions of power, literally blocked the U.S. from access to what is arguably our most important mineral asset?”  At times it may be difficult to be sure who is really our friend, but it is often easy to discern who is most definitely our enemy. Is there seriously anyone who does not understand the importance of preserving our access to uranium? Anyone? (Other than Hillary and Joe)

This should be obvious, even to liberal Democrats. If you give away National Security, what else, exactly, matters.

Sometimes, the old sayings are very accurate. In this case: “what goes around, comes around” is proving to be very prophetic. Anyone who observed the 2020 Presidential election with an ounce of objectivity knows that it was rigged. It was rigged by a conspiracy to destroy Donald Trump that included Democrats, the MSM and high-ranking members in the DOJ and the FBI. They launched the Russian conspiracy hoax before Trump even took office. Barrack Obama made last minute decisions deliberately designed to prevent Trump from governing successfully. “Intelligence agencies have concluded that the G.R.U. ordered the attacks on the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations, with the approval of the Kremlin, and ultimately enabled the publication of the emails it harvested to benefit Donald J. Trump’s campaign.”

Biden expelled 35 Russians, even though it was unclear they were involved in the hacking. (Alleged hacking). It wasn’t just Obama:

Taken together, the sweeping actions announced by the White House, the Treasury, the State Department and intelligence agencies on Thursday amount to the strongest American response yet to a state-sponsored cyberattack. They also appeared intended to box in President-elect Trump, who will now have to decide whether to lift the sanctions on Russian intelligence agencies when he takes office next month.

This was all based on the big lie, that the 2016 election was rigged, by Russia, to defeat Hillary Clinton and elect Donald Trump. Talk about election deniers and attempting to overturn the results of an election.

Obama then told more lies:

“All Americans should be alarmed by Russia’s actions,” Mr. Obama said, and added that the United States acted after “repeated private and public warnings that we have issued to the Russian government, and are a necessary and appropriate response to efforts to harm U.S. interests in violation of established international norms of behavior.”

Those who tell such lies should pay attention to the old fable about the “boy who cried wolf.” Eventually, when there was a real wolf, no one believed him.

The problem with these types of lies is that eventually the truth emerges. Truth always prevails, although often only after horrendous damage. The Russian collusion hoax has been completely discredited. Only CNN continues to believe. There is a daily deluge of reports, each more damaging, revealing evidence of real crimes committed by Joe Biden, some of which border on and may cross over into treason. The real problem with indicting Trump for something, every time is pauses to take a breath, is that the worst of his alleged crimes pale in comparison to the disaster that is Joe Biden.

Meanwhile, the economy is tanking, and it is going to get worse. Inflation is higher than what is being reported and it is going to get worse. Our electric grid, already under severe stress, is not going to get better any time soon. The homeless problem is worse and unlikely to improve. The problems created by out-of-control illegal immigration are beyond obvious and destined to get worse.

The Democratic strategy of blaming everything on Donald Trump and global warming is not working. While it is indeed hot, no one is investing billions to build sea walls to protect against rapidly rising water levels. Instead, the loudest voices shrieking about the dangers of climate change continue to invest in ocean front property.

At some point, across the country, people will start to stick their heads out their windows and scream: “I can’t take it anymore, turn on the air conditioner.” The people trapped on the side of their road in their over-priced electric vehicles, out of power, and out of air conditioning, are likely to agree.

By the way, if faced with using electricity to power your air conditioner or listen to CNN lies, the choice is obvious.

Nothing Joe Biden has, will or can do will make any difference. That is the ultimate new clear fallout, and the impact is impossible to safely ignore.

It is astonishing to watch the MSM try and fail to cover the Trump indictments with any element of fairness and accuracy. This is true even regarding FOX News, which at least tries to be more objective. The reason is quite simply that they are not asking the right questions, so they are not coming up with the right answers. Here are some questions that should be asked and some of the potential answers.

WHY DOES TRUMP FEEL THE 2020 ELECTION WAS RIGGED.

The Laptop:

One reason is that some of the actions taken by our Intelligence(?) Agencies, the DOJ, the FBI and the MSM absolutely had a major impact on the election. If nothing else, they all combined to cover-up the information disclosed by the Hunter Biden laptop. They even pretended that was Russian disinformation and during the debate Joe Biden seized on that to avoid answering “ANY” questions about it.

Impact:

Numerous polls show that if the American people knew that the Hunter Biden laptop was legitimate, based on what was on that laptop, Joe Biden would have lost in a landslide.

Omission:

No MSM outlet, including FOX, is pointing out that the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop is irrefutable evidence of our Intelligence Agencies, the DOJ, the FBI and the MSM conspiring to rig the 2020 election.

Mail-in voting:

Even Democrats warned that mail-in voting was a recipe for fraud, until they realized it was helping them. The widespread use of mail-in voting, with either inadequate controls or questionable implementation of controls made it impossible to verify who actually voted during the election. The only thing certain is that ballots were mailed to a lot of people who were not eligible to vote. This included dead people, illegal immigrants, people in nursing homes incapable of voting for themselves, and people no longer living at the residence.

Impact:

The result is beyond obvious. Democrats are in full throated favor of mail-in ballots with a minimal amount of verification. They support ballot harvesting where Democratic operatives pick up ballots from who knows where and deliver them, unmonitored, to polling stations.

Omission:

No media outlet has reported on the obvious problems with wide-spread mail-in voting combined with the lack of verification. No MSM outlet is reporting on the use of ballot harvesting and the late-night deposit of ballots.

When we voted in California in 2020, we could either mail in our ballot, or just take it to a ballot box and drop it in. No one even asked who we were. We did not sign anything. We did not provide any form of identification. At least previously we were asked to verify our place of residence, but in 2020 they did not even do that. We were asked to sign our ballot, before depositing, but does anyone seriously believe these signatures were responsibly matched to registered voters?

Mathematically Improbable results:

In places like Philadelphia, late night ballot drops resulted in miraculous vote totals for Joe Biden. In some cases, five minutes of analysis would have shown that these results were unrealistic, inconsistent with previous results, and always in favor of Joe Biden.

Impact:

ALL the late-night ballot drops in swing states went to Joe Biden. His total margin for victory in swing states came from high density metropolitan voting districts, run by Democrats with votes counted by Democrats.

Omission:

No one in the MSM even pointed out that Joe Biden won ONLY in high density areas, run by Democrats, where voter fraud has been a historical reality. Trump won in over 2,497 counties; Biden won in about 477 counties. If the electoral college was changed to allow one vote per country, no liberal Democrat would ever win another election.

Interference with election monitors:

The whole point of election monitors or poll watchers is to help verify a fair election. There are numerous reports regarding poll watchers being blocked from observing results and in some cases with ballots being counted in locations where it was impossible for anyone to observe how ballots were verified or even whether they were counted correctly. 

Impact:

We simply cannot have any confidence in an election run with such blatant and illegal interference.

Omission:

No MSM outlet is reporting on this. They just pretend it didn’t happen.

Voting Machines:

While no one has “proved” widespread manipulation of results reported by voting machines, there have been numerous cases where there is reason for legitimate concern regarding the potential for fraud. This is so bad that in Michigan, people who after the election arranged to have voting machines tested, were recently charged with a crime.

Impact:

We all live in an age where even our phones are computers. We all are aware of the capacity for electronic fraud. The widespread use of voting machines with no consistent method of testing these machines and verifying results makes it impossible to automatically trust them to get this right.

Omission:

If the MSM comments on voting machines at all, they pretend they were all tested and are absolutely reliable. That is a joke.

SUMMARY

The MSM is still pretending that when Trump questioned the results of the 2020 election, he was ignoring reality. The opposite is true. No one is asking the right questions about why Trump and a high percentage of ordinary citizens suspect wide-spread fraud during the 2020 election. The most difficult thing to explain about the 2020 election is why 81 million people would vote for someone as patently awful as Joe Biden, who literally campaigned from his basement. If people start asking the most fundamental questions, the results are likely to become increasingly obvious. The real reason these questions are not being asked is that the Democratic Party and their fawning supporters in the MSM are terrified regarding how people would respond to the answers.

You couldn’t even make this up. There are reports that Joe Biden practically demanded Merritt Garland get off his rear and investigate Trump regarding Jan 6. That would be the same Merritt Garland who couldn’t find the time to investigate Hunter.

So, his boy Jack gives this press conference, cheered on by Merritt Garland, saying that the biggest lie by Trump was that the 2020 election was stolen. Well look around sweet pea and you will see thousands, no hundreds of thousands, no millions, no hundreds of millions of people in America who think there were some really obvious and very serious problems with the 2020 election.

But this gets even worse. By charging Trump with lying about the 2020 election, Trump now has the power to subpoena people about problems with the 2020 election. The result is they may have just facilitated the serious investigation they have ignored and pretended wasn’t required and made it an urgent necessity. Nice! Most semi-intelligent people not working for CNN or feeding questions to Brett Baier know that the problem was never that the election was investigated and there was no evidence, but rather that it wasn’t investigated at all. Once Mike Pence folded like a cheap umbrella, we were stuck with the ultimate Joe and Kamala clown show with no option to fix this before 2024.

I have always felt that history will be a lot kinder to those who tried to stop Joe Biden from stealing an election that to those who facilitated it without the slightest regard to the consequences. Well welcome to the consequences. Now the U.S. credit rating has been downgraded, for only the second time in our history. The first time was in 2011. Hmmm. Who was President in 2011? Asking for a friend. Then S&P downgraded us, and the stock market dived. Nice job Joe. “Bidenomics” is a work of art.

This reminds me of a scene from National Lampoon’s Vacation, filmed in 1983. Clark Griswald (Chevy Chase) goes for a skinny dip with the character played by Christie Brinkley.  He comes up with this lame excuse he plans to give his wife. He tries this out on his son who just says: “Do you think mom will buy that?”

I had the same thought when Jack Smith was on national television saying that January 6^th was a planned insurrection fueled solely by irrational lies created out of whole cloth by the delusional mind of Donald Trump. Do you seriously think very many people, other than those previously mentioned, will buy that?  My prediction is that when the dust clears, rather than seeing Trump put in jail for treason, a lot of people are going to start questioning all the other January 6^th convictions. For the first time this too may actually be investigated and those 15,000 hours of video by Tucker Carlson may make for some great late night TV.

In the meantime, after Merritt Garland and Joe tried to put this all to bed with that sweetheart deal, and failed, we are beyond the “Son Set”. Like the real sun, this son is going down. And this “Son Set” has the potential to be beyond spectacular.

The testimony by Devon Archer was devastating for a lot of reasons. One is that it exposed Joe Biden as a habitual liar. This reminds me of when Bill Clinton went on national TV and said: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”

I remember one major news commentator at the time saying that if Clinton was lying, he was in serious trouble. Clinton ended up getting impeached and he would have been convicted and removed from office except that Democratic Senators realized this would be a political nightmare for them. So, while they knew the charges against Clinton were totally accurate, they bought his defense that since this was just about sex, it didn’t matter.

The record is now clear, Joe Biden lied to the American people. When you combine this with all the other evidence, conveniently ignored by the MSM and Democrats in congress, this is literally becoming a joke. But there is nothing funny about this. It is increasingly obvious that not only is Joe Biden corrupt, this corruption was with our worst enemies. It is impossible to reconcile this with him continuing as President of the United States.

This means while some people may foolishly try to spin this away, the double secret probation committee is probably already in session. Unless they are stupid, they are desperately seeking Susan or rather a way out of this mess.  It is as simple as this, if Joe does not go, and now, he may bring down the DNC, the DOJ and the FBI with him. If he does not go now, it will be impossible to justify the multiple indictments against Trump for doing things that aren’t crimes.

Now Jack Smith has doubled down on stupidity by indicting Trump for trying to overthrow the government. First, he doesn’t have the authority to indict Trump who was sitting President at the time, for something he did while in office. Only congress has that right, it is the right of impeachment, Democrats tried that, twice, and they failed. This is so blatantly political and so wrong that it would not surprise me to see the Supreme Court step in. This has gone from ridiculous to insane.

Brett Baier’s interview of Trump’s legal counsel was embarrassing. He tried to push back with Democratic talking points about all these lawsuits that were dismissed. That misses the real point. Many Americans, including a lot of Democrats, think there was something seriously wrong with the 2020 election. Does anyone who has spent ten minutes in a history class fail to understand the blatant history of corrupt elections in places like New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago and many more. How is it even possible to believe there couldn’t possibly be a problem when the evidence is all around you.

Now the DOJ under Joe Biden has literally doubled down on weaponizing the DOJ. One would think with all the recent embarrassing witness testimony about this that they would hesitate to do anything that might pour more fuel on the fire. Instead, they are doubling down on the insane prosecution of Trump while slow walking everything Biden.

Do they really think no one notices this? A lot of us have noticed this for a long time and now this is increasingly obvious to almost everyone. Of course, this does not include those who would vote for any Democrat and believe anything said without regard to the facts and with even less regard to the quality of the candidate.

But there are already some serious leaks in the Dam, and I honestly think things are about to start moving at warp speed. Even those who would prefer to go slow, cannot ignore the callous disregard of serious and legitimate concerns regarding the politicization of the DOJ when the DOJ is doubling down on ridiculous.

While some of the usual suspects are rushing in, wiser heads, including people as wild-eyed as Adam Schiff, are starting to hesitate. Earth to Democrats, if someone like Adam Schiff starts to say hesitate be afraid, be very afraid. This is truly a time when only fools rush in. We could just see world’s largest parade featuring the self-identification of the most fundamentally stupid people in the history of American politics.

The “golden globe” was designed to focus attention on performances the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) considers to be worthy of applause. But now, there may be another category for a “golden globe”. This type of recognition is not necessarily a good thing.

Sometimes the best way to evaluate how an opponent feels about someone is the length to which they will go to silence them. This is one reason the constitutional protection of free speech is absolutely vital to democracy. Despots are always focused on silencing opinions from people they fear. But sometimes when there is an attempt to suppress speech, and people take the risk and still come forward, that actually just puts a “golden globe” around their testimony and often makes it impossible to ignore.

We already saw some of this regarding the whistleblowers in the IRS. There have been other whistleblowers in the FBI etc., but the MSM tried to discredit them and more importantly ignore what they had to say. Sadly, this was often successful. That tactic did not work as well regarding the IRS whistleblowers. One reason is that they were skilled at answering questions and they had an inconvenient number of facts supporting their opinion. The DOJ doubled down on this disaster by sending out constantly evolving letters from U.S. Attorney David Weiss regarding what he was and was not allowed to investigate.

The same people have been tried to discredit Donald Trump since day one. Now this as reached the point where he seems to be indicted for something else on a daily basis. At some point one has to ask, if the evidence of his criminal behavior was so obvious, why do you need to charge him with two thousand other crimes? Anyone remotely familiar with criminal prosecution knows that a smart prosecutor focuses on the more serious charges to avoid having the jury distracted. If the DOJ or any of the local prosecutors on a mission to destroy Trump really believed in their case, they would be furious at all the “other” indictments that only tend to cloud the issue.

Now, Devon Archer, the former business partner of Hunter Biden is going to go live. The DOJ is terrified and Saturday they seriously tried to put him in jail to shut him up. Now they are claiming this is just a normal process, but I doubt many people will buy that. The reality is that this shows absolute desperation to shut him up. It just put the ultimate “golden globe” around his testimony, and this could be impossible to ignore.

Ironically, if they had just spread the word that he is just a convicted felon trying to worm his way out of trouble, it might have worked. CNN would have certainly bought that. But this is now so obviously a desperate measure to prevent him from talking that a lot of people, including many in the MSM are likely to be paying riveting attention. According to reports, he is going to say that he personally witnessed Hunter Biden literally bring his dad, Joe Biden, on a phone call to convince people that Joe was in on the deal. Not just once or twice, but routinely.

Just when Democrats were already on the edge trying and failing to shore up the rapidly declining Joe Biden, they are being confronted with the awful truth that it sure looks like he is also a crook and a threat to national security. It really does not get any worse than this and it would not be surprising to see Democrats start to distance themselves from him as rapidly and as far as possible.

There is one more serious problem. Recently people have been showing videos of Joe Biden denying any knowledge of his son’s business in 2019. Two things are obvious. One is that he is clearly lying. But the other, perhaps worse, is that comparing video of him trying to talk then versus now is overwhelming evidence of his mental deterioration. This “golden globe” is not only focused on Devon Archer, but it is also focused on Joe Biden and that may be even worse.

There are certain days that will always live in infamy. Days like the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Empire of Japan on December 7^th, 1941.  November 22, 1963, when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. September 11, 2001, the day the World Trade Center was attacked. Now we have July 26, 2023, the day the Hunter Biden plea deal was rejected by the judge.

Democrats in congress and their fawning supporters have just been dealt the ultimate body blow. For years there has been a cover-up of everything Hunter Biden. The theory was that MAGA Republicans were pushing a discredited conspiracy theory. That argument just died today in that courtroom in Delaware.

This judge was appointed by Donald Trump but was considered to be a candidate as a potential nominee for a federal judgeship in the Federal Court by Joe Biden. She ruled against John Paul Mac Issac, the person who repaired Hunter Biden’s laptop, in his defamation lawsuit against CNN, Politico, and Hunter Biden. They probably considered her the ideal choice to just rubber stamp the Hunter Biden plea deal and move on. Big mistake. She not only rejected this; in the process she elevated the Hunter Biden saga to front page news.

The rejection of this plea deal is a full body blow to the DOJ and particularly prosecutor David Weiss. This follows dramatic whistleblower testimony before congress and the scheduled appearance of David Weiss next week. This is the worst possible development for a DOJ and FBI already under attack for partisan application of justice.

Every major news organization will be investigating and reporting on this. Each engaging in a desperate rush to report important developments before its competitors. The race is on.

If any of the allegations regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden have any basis in fact, that is about to become public knowledge. This is so bad that it wouldn’t be surprising to see some Democrats support the demand for a Special Prosecutor. They may want to do this if for no other reason than to distract from the public House hearings on this subject. One thing is certain, presenting this plea deal, only to have it totally rejected by this judge, is the ultimate embarrassment for the DOJ at a time when they can least ignore it. If Merritt Garland is smart, he will start firing people and open his own investigation. But that is very unlikely to happen, because if he points a finger at anyone else, he will be pointing at least four more at himself.

At this point anything could happen. It would not be surprising if Merritt Garland resigned. But that would not solve the problem, because when the President is the suspect, anyone appointed by him will be suspect. That is why the Special Counsel rules are there.

McCarthy has been hinting at appointing an Impeachment Special Counsel. This may just push him to take definitive action. In view of this development, few people have any remaining confidence in the DOJ or the FBI. Even Democrats who desperately want to support the DOJ, will hesitate because at best the DOJ looks hopelessly incompetent.

This reminds me of the man who admitted to having several illicit affairs with other women, while married because he desperately needed an alibi for a murder. Sometimes a really unpleasant choice is still better than the alternative. Democrats may be at that point and odds are they are desperately looking around for someone, anyone, to take Joe Biden’s place. In 2020 they chose Joe Biden because they feared that Bernie Sanders could lose 50 states. Now the only real option is Robert Kennedy, Jr. and Democrats fear him more than they feared Bernie. Some have speculated that Gavin Newsom represents the great white hope. That of course is more attractive to people who are unfamiliar with the brilliant job he is not doing in California.

If nothing changes there is a chance that the election could be between two people under indictment for serious crimes, Donald Trump, and Joe Biden. That would obviously be unthinkable. At this point Donald Trump has been charged for so many crimes, in so many areas, by so many different prosecutors that while it is hard to imagine him being convicted, unless the trial is held in New York of Washington D.C. at a minimum he is going to be seriously distracted from his campaign for President.

It would not surprise me to see this quickly end the Presidency of Joe Biden. But it may also make a lot of Republicans start to seriously consider an alternative to Donald Trump. The only thing worse than having both candidates under indictment is to have only your candidate under indictment. In every war, there are always casualties on both sides.

One thing is certain, our world has changed, and it is time to fasten our seatbelts as this is going to be a very bumpy ride. A lot of people are being forced to follow the son and following the sun always results in things getting very hot.

It is obvious that the pressure to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate Hunter and Joe Biden is increasing daily. Under 28 CFR § 600.1 a Special Prosecutor or Special Counsel may be appointed by the Attorney General. The standard is where a Justice Department investigation would present a conflict of interest. If Merritt Garland had a shred of integrity, he would have already appointed a Special Counsel regarding this issue. But that is not the only option. Congress can also appoint a Special Counsel through the passage of legislation. Since the Senate is controlled by Democrats, it might be a challenge to get a Special Counsel approved.

Just imagine if Merritt Garland still refuses to appoint a Special Counsel resulting in the House passing legislation appointing a Special Counsel and the Senate voting to block that. When you combine that with the appointment of a Special Counsel to investigate Donald Trump, the political fallout would be enormous.

No one can predict this, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Special Counsel legislation passed by the House. Then the Senate would debate this. Behind the scenes, key Senators would be telling Joe they will be forced to vote for this, unless he does something, such as to order Merritt Garland to appoint a Special Prosecutor. It is hard to imagine Biden asking Garland to appoint someone to investigate himself. At this point, it would not be a surprise if Biden is strongly encouraged to develops a “medical condition” that reluctantly results in him resigning from office. Kamala Harris would be the new President and she would likely announce that since Joe has resigned there is no longer a need for a Special Counsel. She might even decide to pull a Gerald Ford and pardon Joe Biden.

This of course would be beyond bizarre. But we are close to the point where a lot of people, including top Democrats, consider Joe Biden to be a liability they can no longer afford. Ultimately these people are very likely to throw Joe under the bus if necessary to save their own miserable hides. One problem is that we may be beyond the point where Joe is remotely capable of recognizing the obvious and doing the right thing. That could even lead to a 25^th amendment action, where the VP with a majority of the cabinet sends a letter to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House a written declaration that the President is unable to assume the powers and duties of his office. At that point, Kamala Harris would become acting VP.  The President could response by saying no inability exists and unless the VP and a majority of the cabinet disagrees, within four days, he is back to being President.

If you think this sounds insane, it is because it is insane. But this is what happens when you rig a federal election to put someone like Joe Biden in the White House. The only option, other than impeachment, to fix the error, requires the VP and the cabinet, all appointed by Biden, to do the right thing for the right reason. That, of course, is the least likely result.

Odds are this will only be resolved when the public outcry is so severe that no other options exist. Congratulations to everyone who made this possible. Special supporting actor awards to the MSM who ignored the obvious and reported the ridiculous. Honorable mention to the local DNC committees who helped either rig the vote or cover up for those who rigged the vote.  And very special credit to RINO Republicans who saw this happen on their watch and never considering doing something to fix this before it was beyond fixing. Well, welcome to beyond fixing. Enjoy the ride. “Ain’t that special.”
