It is important to see things as they are, not as we want them to be. The phone call by President Trump is extremely significant. Not because he did anything wrong, he didn’t. Not because his concerns about the conduct of the election are wrong, they aren’t. The significance is that he made the call at all. If Trump believed this call was necessary, then he clearly is running out of options. Absent some truly bombshell evidence, then this is almost certainly over.

Every Democrat in the House will vote to accept the results of the electoral college and elect Joe Biden. They just voted to keep Pelosi as Speaker of the House, and she has made it her mission in life to get rid of Trump, at any cost. Republicans control the Senate but the usual RINO Republicans will never vote to reject the results of the electoral college. This means that while Wednesday will be extremely dramatic, the results is likely to confirm the election of Joe Biden.

That does not mean the end of America. It does not mean we will become a socialist nation. We will not become Venezuela. Joe Biden will be the very temporary resident of the White House and this remains government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Being elected President does not make someone President. To become the President of the United States, one must have the support of the American people.

Joe Biden will do significant damage. We must all prepare for that. But, in some respects, we should view this like we would a hurricane or a wildfire. Massive damage is inevitable, but so is recovery. This is a resilient country, and we are stronger than those who would destroy us. There are several things that are extremely important to remember. By any measure, Trump won the election in about 84% of the country. Joe Biden only won in places where Democratic are totally in control and he still required massive fraud. Those places all have something else in common. They are already disaster areas.

Democrats may think they are in charge, and they may temporarily occupy positions of authority, but they need us much more than we need them. All the resources necessary for them to exist come from the 84% of the country that voted to re-elect Donald Trump. The federal government has a lot of power, but that power is limited in significant ways. The government cannot force anyone to go into business. The government cannot force you to buy anything. The election of Joe Biden does not change that.

The COVID 19 virus gave the government the illusion of power. But much of this power was based on misinformation and alright falsehoods. They convinced people that COVID 19 is a deadly plague that must be stopped at all costs. But now we are experiencing the cost of those drastic measures at the same time we are confronted with the reality that these measures did not and will not stop COVID 19.

It is well documented that most people who get COVID 19 make a full and easy recovery. Even those who become seriously ill have a good chance of recovery. There are exceptions and they are often truly tragic, but they are still exceptions. That is why so many first responders and medical personnel are refusing to take the vaccine. At some point, and we may be very close to that point, more and more people are going to refuse to let COVID 19 dominate their life.

Everything on this planet moves in cycles. That includes political power. No one expects Joe Biden to be in office for more than one term. Few expect him to last four years. Kamala Harris was not elected by anyone, she has no following and zero leadership ability. Even Democrats are desperately looking around for the next leader and no one thinks Kamala Harris is that person.

Most Presidents get a 100-day honeymoon, where they have the power to change things. Donald Trump did not get that honeymoon, but he changed things anyway. Joe Biden won’t get that honeymoon because no one in either party believes in him. While he will nominate incapable people to important positions, even they won’t rely on him for leadership. His only value was in defeating Trump, and he didn’t do that, the corrupt Democratic machine did that. No matter what you hear Wednesday, every Democrat in congress knows that it was not Joe Biden who beat Donald Trump.

None of us are thrilled by the prospect of President Joe Biden, but those who put him there will pay a much higher price than those who fought to prevent this. After a disaster, and Joe Biden is guaranteed to be a disaster, the focus instantly turns toward finding someone to blame. Even the MSM, that hated Donald Trump, will turn on Joe Biden. As John Kennedy once said, “victory has a hundred fathers and defeat is an orphan.” Joe Biden is headed toward the orphanage. He will take the Democratic Party along for the ride.

Fundamental change is necessary in this country. While Trump made good decisions and had good policies, the opposition to him prevented that change. Ironically, removing him from office, may be exactly what was needed to make that change possible. This type of change is always accompanied by a lot of pain. But change is already happening. Republicans, not Democrats won this election. Every Democrat in the House is already thinking about the 2022 election. Few, if any of them, will care about anything Joe Biden says or does. He has been elevated to the point of irrelevance.

It is a real shame that we must pay this high of a price to achieve this change but rejoice in the certain knowledge that better days are already on the way. Those who have sowed the wind will reap the whirlwind.

As recently as this week, this was headed toward Democrats steamrolling weak and passive Republicans into ignoring the facts, holding their nose, and voting for Joe Biden as President of the United States. The MSM has been screaming loudly that there is no evidence of voter fraud and anyone who even hints at this is guilty of treason. Sadly, some of the usual RINO Republican Senator suspects have joined the chorus. But one person has emerged as the exact kind of leader we need in a time of crisis. Ted Cruz said the following:

“Look, we’ve got to vote on January 6 on certification and every member of Congress faces a dilemma. Frankly, two pretty lousy choices: one, we can vote to certify by not considering any objection. If we do that that will be heard by a lot of Americans as saying, ‘We don’t think voter fraud is a real concern. We don’t think these claims should be investigated thoroughly,’” Cruz said.

“I know that’s not what most of us believe. But, secondly, and I think all of us, rightly, don’t want to be in a position where we’re suggesting setting aside the results of an election just because the candidate that we supported didn’t happen to prevail. That’s not a principled constitutional position,”

All the momentum is toward ignoring the evidence of fraud and just pretending it does not exist. But truth is a powerful thing. I am reminded that John Adams took on the defense of the soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre. I doubt that many lawyers ever had clients more unpopular than those British soldiers. But Adams silenced the court and the critics when he said the following:

Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.

The argument that there is no evidence of election fraud is absurd. There has always been election fraud. The question is whether this reached the level necessary to overturn the results of an election.

Next Wednesday there will be a debate between people screaming at the top of their lungs, opposed by people who will be presenting facts and evidence. I don’t think Mike Pence will allow this to go undebated, and I don’t think he will tolerate a screaming match. There will be a debate, and this will be watched by millions of people. Perhaps one of the most televised events in world history.

Ultimately, it depends on the quality of the facts and evidence. Up until now, no court has even allowed facts and evidence to be presented. The hearings held by State Legislatures came across as clown shows, easily dismissed.

This means two people are extremely important next Wednesday. One is Mike Pence, because he oversees this session of congress, and he makes the rules. While he must be fair and impartial, he does not have to yield to those screaming outrage with little regard to facts and evidence. The other is Ted Cruz, who is uniquely qualified to make the case for at least investigating election fraud to avoid making a terrible and irrevocable mistake. We should pray that Ted Cruz is designated to make the case before congress.

I cannot predict how this will end. But one should be reminded that Alan Dershowitz has often said that Ted Cruz was the most brilliant law student he ever encountered at Harvard. Ted Cruz led the team that won the national debate competition and has personally argued cases in front of the Supreme Court. No one, presenting the Democratic argument, has anyone approaching these credentials.

Perhaps screaming will prevail, but never bet against an eloquent attorney armed with facts and evidence. Facts, after all, are still very stubborn things.

While you were sleeping, Ted Cruz was working on the ultimate Christmas Present. Up until now, members of congress were facing two horrible options. They could vote to elect Joe Biden, despite the evidence of systemic fraud, and even though he is obviously incapable of doing the job, or they could overturn the results of the election and re-elect Donald Trump. Neither option is easy to swallow.

So, Cruz came up with plan C, credibility. He proposed a special panel of 5 Representatives, 5 Senators and 5 Supreme Court Justices to do an emergency audit of the November 3, 2020 election in six states. That is exactly what congress did in 1876. Cruz did his homework. This panel would present the report to congress and the final decision on the 2020 election will be made then.

Keep in mind that Ted Cruz, is by far, the member of congress who understands the United States Constitution best. Even Democrats who hate him acknowledge that. He has proposed something that should be acceptable to all sides. Democrats will, predictably, hate this and resist, but they are between a rock and a hard space. If they are so sure there is no evidence of fraud, they should welcome this approach. If they scream that this is unfair, they will look like they have something to hide. If evidence of fraud becomes obvious later, it could destroy the Democratic Party. Republicans will also hate this, and resist, but it a better option than seeing Joe Biden become President of the United States.

Ironically, the Georgia January 5^th run-off elections helps this plan regardless of what happens. If Republicans win handily, then Cruz will immediately gain two new recruits. If Republicans lose, or there is another multi-day vote counting fiasco, then the outrage will reach the heavens. A lot of people think Democrats stole the Presidential election; they will not tolerate Democrats stealing control of the Senate using the same technique. So, either way, the Cruz approach will start to look very attractive, to a lot of people, on both sides of the aisle.

Sometimes the smartest person in the room, is the one who when presented with one of two horrible options says: “neither.” Cruz asked the one question no one else dared to ask or even consider. What if we don’t vote to either accept or reject the vote by the electoral college?

This reminds me of when the company I was working for purchased a chain of wholesale grocery stories. The parent company had a high experience modification, but the company purchased had a low experience mod. That meant they were paying a lot less money for Workers’ Compensation Insurance. The state was loudly demanding that I complete a form, called an ERM 14, verifying the former and current ownership of the firm. If I filled out that form, it would have increased the modification and the rates by about 50%. But the state was demanding that I complete this form, “or else.” I finally asked the most important question of all: “What did ‘or else” mean.” I got conflicting answers from our broker and from our legal counsel, but both said this was not an option. I didn’t like that answer, so I called the state department in charge of this and asked them. “What if we don’t fill out the ERM 14.” I was huffily advised that under those circumstances, we would be rated manually and not get an experience modification for at least three years. I hung up the phone, smiled, and threw the ERM 14 form in the trash. The state punished me by giving us a manual modification of 1.00, which was about 50% less than if I had filled out the form.

By the way, the next year I took that company self-insured, set up our own claim department, and our loss experience dropped significantly. Handling claims in-house was the ultimate solution to the high cost of claims. In addition, we were able to provide better coverage for our employees while also saving money.

I do not know if Cruz can pull this off, but this sure looks like a better option than anything else proposed. It is always risky to predict congress doing the right thing for the right reason, but this should appeal to a lot of people, in both parties, even if only for purely selfish reasons.  This certainly seems more likely that Republicans having enough spine surgery over the weekend to enable them to stand up to the Democrats.

In any event, Senator Cruz has given us all a great gift. He has given everyone an out. Let’s hope wiser heads prevail and seize the day.

Sometimes a picture is worth a million words. On New Year’s Eve Joe and Jill Biden were “interviewed” by Ryan Seacrest. Predictably it was the ultimate softball interview, and on New Year’s Eve that was probably appropriate. Like most people who value their time, I did not watch this live. I only saw the video that is now circulating the globe.

Joe Biden looked and sounded awful. He frankly did not look his age, 78, he looked like he was 88. If he was reading from a teleprompter, then the person who wrote this script should be fired. If he was not reading off a teleprompter, the person who let him do that should be fired.  But the real star was not Joe, it was Jill Biden, who tried and failed to pop one of those silly Chinese paper confetti poppers. It did not come close to working and eventually just completely broke apart in her hand.  Following is a link to the video that was Published in The Sun.

I deliberately used The Sun, to show this was literally shown round the world. The setting was beyond absurd. The Biden’s were appearing on a huge outdoor screen being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest, literally standing on a platform located on the other side of the street. Talk about a visual reminder of the media trying to interview people using social distancing.

I also didn’t watch Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper get drunk live on international television. But the video is everywhere. After downing shots of tequila, they showed Mayor de Blasio pushing the button to start the crystal ball’s descent. Then de Blasio was seen dancing with his wife on a stage built for the event. The optics were so bad that Anderson Cooper just grimaced, while Andy Cohen went on a rage:

That’s how I felt when I saw Mayor de Blasio dancing just now,’ Cohen said as Cooper grimaced from the shot. ‘I did not need to see that at the beginning of 2021.’

He then addressed de Blasio directly on television, shouting: ‘Do something with this city! Honestly, get it together!’

Again, I used an overseas news outlet, the Daily Mail to show that this was an international event.

It was impossible for anyone watching these videos to have any confidence is a brave new world led by someone like Joe Biden. I have always predicted immediate buyer’s remorse if Joe Biden becomes President. Thanks to the New Years Eve broadcasts, the entire world got “pre-buyer’s” remorse.

I doubt that this will change anything, because most of the people who are able to save the world from this fiasco are members of the U.S. congress and few of them possess anything resembling common sense and those who do were born without a spine. But, if they were watching this, and they still vote to elect Joe Biden President of the United States, it will be one of the worst political blunders in world history.

Like most of you, I was glad to see 2020 go. But if this is any indication, 2021 may make 2020 look good in comparison. There is still time and opportunity to fix this. The evidence of voter fraud continues to pile up and the odor may reach a level so pungent that even congress will notice. I do believe that Republicans will act if the evidence is strong enough to give them cover. I question whether Democrats are even capable of doing that, but this new House has an extremely narrow margin in favor of Democrats. There is very little room for error, and error is inevitable.

Today, there are 233 Democrats in the House, 1 Libertarian and 5 vacancies. On Monday, when the new House convenes, there will be 222 Democrats, 211 Republicans, 1 independent and 2 vacant seats. This means if only 6 Democrats break with the party, Republicans win 217 to 216. There are more than 6 Democrats in the House who are more than a little concerned about the Democratic leadership.

What a week. I predict nothing. The least likely outcome is anything approaching normal. It would be naïve to predict common sense to prevail. The vote regarding the electoral college is likely to have more fireworks than we saw on television Thursday night.

On New Years Eve, last year, most people were still optimistic. We had no clue that 2020 would turn out to be such a disaster. This year few people are optimistic. We are all hoping for some sign of encouragement.

In the meantime, Democrats exposed themselves all over the world with the Pop Goes the Weasel video and the incredible shot of Mayor de Blasio dancing with his wife, in an empty Times Square, oblivious to the obvious.

At a minimum, 2021 is going to be very, very different.

Here is a link to the testimony by Jovan Pulitzer. After this presentation, this committee voted unanimously to let him audit the Fulton County absentee ballots. This appears to be the first time someone capable has been authorized to investigate this election in a manner likely to verify credibility, one way or the other.

You may have never heard of this man, but you use his products every day. He invented the QR code.

He showed that ballots sent to voters in Republican districts were different than ballots sent to voters in Democratic districts. Then he explained exactly why these differences mattered. He is either certifiably insane, or this is exactly the kind of evidence that can really change things.

Up until now, most of the evidence has been by individuals reporting what they saw. While this is compelling testimony, it did not involve enough data to change the results. But perhaps the most important part of Pulitzer’s testimony went virtually unnoticed. When asked whether he could identify fraudulent ballots, he laughed and said he could tell them where the ballot was printed, for example if it were printed in China and he could even tell them if the person who printed the ballot smoked. He said he could confirm the authenticity of the ballots 100%.

This really matters. During the 2016 election, numerous Democrats objected to the electoral college results. VP Joe Biden quickly dismissed them and said the election was over. There is tremendous pressure on VP Mike Pence to do the same thing when Republicans object. That is one reason he is being sued by Rep. Gohmert.

Mike Pence almost certainly believes this election was stolen. I suspect that he would love to have Louis Gohmert succeed in his lawsuit against him. But that is extremely unlikely. Frankly, he is in the worst possible situation right now. If he blocks the vote of the electoral college, he will be committing political suicide and would be likely to be impeached. If he does not block the vote of the electoral college and certifies fraud, he will be committing political suicide. This is the ultimate lose, lose situation for him.

Republicans must have solid evidence of election fraud that cannot be ignored to provide cover for Mike Pence so they can at least make their argument.

If illegal ballots were printed in China and counted in our election, that would be more than enough.  Even Democrats could not justify ignoring blatant interference in our election by China. Up until now, no one has come close to proving that. But if Mr. Pulitzer can examine those ballots, they are fraudulent and prove they were printed in China, we are in a whole new world. Imagine if the ballots were not only printed in China, but the vote for Joe Biden was also printed at the same time. Pulitzer says he can prove that too.

There are numerous “rumors” of ballots being printed in China. None of these are documented. The MSM would love to ignore this. This is very interesting for one simple reason. Many people suspect that this election was stolen. There were numerous reports of massive ballot drops, in the middle of the night, all for Joe Biden. But the question is how anyone could even pull this off? We are talking about millions of ballots, all produced in a matter of hours. That is one reason so many people are skeptical about the potential for massive election fraud. But if China had pre-printed ballots and pre-staged those ballots, this would only need to be done for six states. That would be possible. But it would also create the potential for mistakes, the exact type of mistakes that Mr. Pulitzer claims he can find and document. Not only can he do this he says he can scan 500,000 ballots in two hours. Oh my!

It would take a miracle for Trump to prevail, at this point. But, if Pulitzer gets access to those ballots and there are fraudulent ballots printed in China, it is game on. That would be the ultimate hail mary. The biggest Pulitzer prize of all would ironically go to Jovan Pulitzer.

Senator John Hawley just announced that he will object to certifying the vote by the electoral college. Since we already have several GOP Representatives who have promised to object, it is now officially game on. This does not mean that Trump has won. It does not mean that ultimately congress will not vote to accept the results of the electoral college. But it does mean that this must be debated. The entire nation is likely to be glued to their television screens for this performance.

One of the problems with the way Democrats and the MSM have covered this election is that they have pretended there is zero evidence of voter fraud. If you only watch CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC etc., you probably believe there is zero evidence of voter fraud. Republican Senators like Pat Toomey and Mitt Romney have arrogantly argued that there is no evidence of voter fraud. Chris Christie has demanded Trump concede. This is the reason so many people are angry and depressed. We are constantly being told to ignore our lying eyes.

2020 will go down as the year of the lie. The MSM, the DNC, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and a lot of other people conspired to tell you a lie. The biggest lie is that Donald Trump is the worst liar in history. The reality is that far more lies are told about Trump than by Trump. We have been told that he is a clear and present danger to the U.S., totally out of control, incapable of making good decisions, literally putting us all at risk. But while Trump is often rash with his rhetoric, he has made good decisions as President. He hasn’t started any wars, but he has ended them. He has cut regulations, cut taxes, and has stopped the outsourcing of all our manufacturing to China. He did this despite widespread opposition within congress and the deep state. He has even managed to get Arab states to sign peace treaties with Israel, something no one thought remotely possible.

They are also lying about COVID 19. They are lying about the need for lockdowns. They are lying about the need for masks. They are taking drastic action, based on an irrational fear of COVID 19, that is destroying our economy and literally killing people. From day one we knew that the people most at risk are seniors living in retirement homes. Yet, even now vaccines are being given to politicians, first responders, even prison inmates before it is given to the people most vulnerable.

But the biggest lie of all is that Joe Biden got 80 million votes and there is not even a hint of election fraud. Gallup just announced that Donald Trump is now the most admired man on this planet, shoving Barack Obama from his undeserved throne. Barack Obama was fawned on by the MSM, Donald Trump was trashed by the same MSM 24/7. Yet, despite this, it is Trump who came out ahead. Remarkable.

A lot of people, who have been lying to you every day, about almost everything, are desperate to convince you that Joe Biden won that election. They were so desperate to defeat Trump, that they ignored horrific stories about Joe Biden that should have instantly disqualified him. The Hunter Biden story has been covered-up by the DOJ, by the FBI, by the MSM, and by social media. They still are not telling the truth about this. They also are lying about Joe Biden being remotely capable of being President of the United States. Biden isn’t capable of being President of a four-person book club.

They may still get away with this, but at least it is game on. This reminds me of a trial I attended, early in my career. The plaintiff was alleging that he had been seriously injured because a grocery store had failed to clean up a spill. But during the trial, the plaintiff attorney made a huge mistake. Our store clerk said that the plaintiff was walking rapidly through the store and that is why he fell. The plaintiff attorney demanded our clerk explain exactly what happened. She said: “can I show you?” She then got out of the witness chair and walked across the front of the court room demonstrating exactly what happened. As soon as I saw that I got up, left the trial, and went back to my office. Once she did that, every person in that court room knew exactly what happened and they voted against the plaintiff.

I think the same thing may happen on January 6. There are some very compelling witnesses that are being ignored by the MSM. One of them testified in Georgia today. He is the man who invented the QR code. At one point he told the Senators that if they had ever boarded a plane using an electronic ticket on their cell phone, that was his patent.

He explained exactly how this election could have been rigged and he offered to evaluate 500,000 ballots in about two hours, at no cost, so everyone could be sure the election results were fair and honest. It was compelling. If the Republicans can present the case with compelling evidence on January 6, 2021, that has the potential to change everything.

Either way, it is now game on and that alone is a really big change.

Kamila Harris just provided clear evidence of why the Biden campaign has been hiding her. She released a video sharing her Kwanzaa message:

“And, you know, essentially it’s about be and do. Be the person you want to be, and do the things you want to do, and do the things that need to be done,” she continued. “It’s about not letting anyone write our future for us, but instead going out and writing it for ourselves. And that principle motivates me today, as we seek to confront the challenges facing our country and to build a brighter future for all Americans. So, to everyone who is celebrating, Happy Kwanzaa from our family to yours.”

This was trolled mercilessly on Twitter.  One example is from someone who is actually “Jamaican.”

We “Jamaicans” do not celebrate Kwanzaa. Also, being first-generation myself, I’m confused as to how you could celebrate with multiple generations. This is such a fake post, I understand it’s intent, but please do not be fake about it. Just say happy Kwanzaa.

The real issue here is why Kamala Harris felt the need to lie about this. It is something she shares with Joe Biden, the need to lie about things that shouldn’t matter. Biden claimed he graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and that he was the outstanding student in the political science department. None of that was true.

Ironically, Biden himself explained the reason he lied. In his own book, Promises to Keep, also full of lies, he explained why he did it in this case: “it sounded to me that one of my own supporters doubted my intelligence.” 

This is the real problem with both Harris and Biden. Neither have a sufficient record of actual achievement necessary to justify their current positions. They both know that, so they both lie repeatedly, trying to convince others and themselves, that they are competent. Truly competent people do not do that. They don’t need to do that.

A lot of people are lying to you. They are desperate to convince you of things that are not true. While they sound arrogant and self-assured, it is really the opposite. If the truth were on their side, they would not bother to lie.

Trump and Giuliani are promising that the truth will be exposed very soon. So far, they have not delivered on those promises. The real question we should all ask ourselves is this. What are the facts? Did Joe Biden really get 80 million votes or are the reports of systemic corruption a better explanation? We should not base this on what we want to believe, but rather on the facts and evidence. Do we believe the hundreds of people who personally witnessed voter fraud, or the people who say voter fraud is extremely rare? Do we believe Dominion machines and Smartmatic software are totally reliable or do we believe those who say these machines were manipulated?

One thing is certain. This election was rigged, if not on election day, then by the gross misrepresentation over the past 12 months by the MSM, Google, Facebook, and Twitter. If the truth has been told about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden wouldn’t have come close to winning this election. The same people lie about Donald Trump at every opportunity.  If the truth comes out, after Joe Biden is President and has mucked things up to a fare-thee-well, then the widespread anger will be unfathomable.

I do not know who will be elected President on January 6, 2021, but I do know this will still be the greatest country on this planet regardless of who is the temporary occupant of the White House. I also know that truth will always out, in the end.

Something big is obviously going on. Last week there were numerous reports of a four-hour plus meeting in the White House regarding the tactics to contest the results of the election. It was, by all accounts, a very heated discussion. There were the traditional leaks that painted this in the worst possible way. Byrne, Sidney Powell, and Lt. General Michael Flynn were all part of that meeting. Powell has been back to the White House twice since then, including Monday when Trump met with Republican congressional representatives. Congressional representatives who left pledging to contest the results of the electoral college on January 6, 2021.

Trump is President of the United States and he has access to the DOJ and our intelligence agencies who should have been able to verify election fraud if it happened. But, so far, no one has really made the case. If there was massive fraud, which seems beyond obvious, there must be more than this.

The person in charge right now is Donald Trump. He does not play by anyone else’s rules and history shows us that he gets things done no one thought possible. The peace efforts in the Middle East, violating every rule of diplomacy, are proof of that.

We have never had a year like this. Almost anything is possible. Somethings are clear. Somethings border on bizarre. Either Sidney Powell has the evidence, or she is a delusional fool. A President of the United States knows things no one else knows, but he is also one of the most sheltered people on this planet and sometimes it is impossible to get information past his gate keepers. This President, more than most, has a history of bypassing the establishment. He gets input from people who strongly disagree with the status quo. That is one reason the establishment hates him. Some, perhaps most, of the people giving him advice know less than he does about the subject.

Real life is always messy. Trump was told by Fauci and Birx that if he did not lock down the country, 2.5 million people would die. That was wrong. As of today, there are reportedly 1.7 million deaths world-wide, and that is probably over-stated. COVID 19 is very real, but the exaggeration of the risk is equally real. A lot of people, particularly Governors in Democratic states, made drastic decisions based more on emotion than on scientific reality. Today we are all paying a harsh price for those decisions.

In my professional career I learned that it is critical to ask questions from people who think outside the box. There were many times when people I knew and respected recommended one thing, but someone else, mostly ignored, had a very different opinion. Sometimes, those opinions turned out to be most accurate. Sometimes the person who looks at this from a completely different perspective is the one with the clearest vision.

So far, Trump has listened to the professionals regarding how to contest this election, and they have let him down. His legal team has often looked like a clown show, losing more often than it wins. That is because they were playing on the opposition’s field under the opposition’s rules with the opposition’s referees.

Donald Trump is a lot of things, but he is not stupid, and he is not delusional. He knows that unless something changes, he is on his way out of the White House. That does not mean he has given up and it does not mean that he is going to do something drastic like declare martial law. Trump has a history of disruptive and rash rhetoric, but he also has a history of making good decisions.

Trump is now listening to people ignored by almost everyone one. Sidney Powell is at the top of that list. She is either delusional, or she is right. She can either prove systemic fraud, or she can’t. As for me, the hardest thing to believe is that 80 million people really voted for Joe Biden. That is what seems delusional.

Trump is clearly taking over and only a fool underestimates this man. He is listening to all sides and letting people literally shout it out. He has done that before. Sometimes, letting people voice the unthinkable is the shortest path toward reality. It is often those who go against the flow that change the world.

I do not like Jeff Bezos. But he saw the potential for Amazon long before anyone else.  As recently as 2013, Amazon was nearly bankrupt. But Bezos reimagined how people would buy things if he could get this right and he is now the richest man in the world. The person who will push him off this throne is already out there; you just don’t know who that is yet.

This is guaranteed to be a wild week. Trump is going to do something. The clock is ticking, and he is running out of time. He either acts now or faces certain defeat. He already declared December 24, 2020 a national holiday. Perhaps, just perhaps, he is preparing us all for a very White (House) Christmas.

William Barr clearly knew that the FBI and the DOJ were investigating Hunter Biden. He also knew that this involved Joe Biden to at least some degree. But he chose to not disclose this, before the election, because the DOJ has a policy against doing anything that would interfere with an election. That sounds like an honorable decision by an honorable man. But this case is different because the allegations are that Hunter Biden was selling influence regarding China, among others, and there is a strong possibility that Joe Biden was involved. That would make Joe Biden’s actions bordering on treason. The American people had a right to know that, regardless of the political consequences.

I strongly believe that a lot of people are going to have serious regrets regarding this situation. Few of them considered the consequences of failing to disclose this and people learning about it only after the election. People are always angry when they learn they had been told lies. But they are most angry when this is done by people who demanded that we trust them.

FOX News is learning this the hard way. The network is shredding viewers and may never recover. One person at the Valdosta rally for Trump last week said it very well: “We trusted you.”

If Biden is sworn in as President, he will instantly be operating under a cloud. He already has a serious problem with the obviously rigged election. If ratified by congress, Biden would take office, in failing health, increasing senility, a collapsing economy, and a pandemic that will not go away.  Yesterday he said kids could go back to school as early as next fall. He also has Kamala Harris literally breathing down his neck.

To make things worse, add in the Swalwell spy gate fiasco. Republicans in the Senate are going to investigate “China” collusion with the DNC, and odds are they are going to find stuff, lots of stuff. In short, if Biden win, he loses. Those people who lied and collaborated to inflict this disaster on the American people will pay an even higher price. They will have achieved a fundamental change in this country, but it won’t be the change they want or expect. In their lust for total power, they will soon find themselves completely out of power.

Millions and I do mean millions, of people are likely to show up in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 holding signs and chanting stop the steal. Republican politicians are typically timid creatures afraid to make difficult decisions. They fear overturning this election because they fear the wrath of the American people. This demonstration may remind them that they may have more to fear from ratifying an obviously fraudulent election than from doing the right thing. I doubt that many Republicans, other than Mitt Romney, think this election was even close to fair. I doubt that many of them, including Mitt Romney, think Joe Biden is remotely capable of being President of the United States.

Failure to confront evil, is not honorable, it is cowardness. If someone or something does not reverse course and stop Joe Biden from stealing the Presidency, we are headed toward tumultuous times. It is impossible to overstate this.

Imagine facts coming out proving that Hunter Biden did take millions from China, the Ukraine and Russia in exchange for peddling influence. That seems almost certain. Imagine that emails directly implicate the former VP and current President of the United States. That also is extremely likely.

Once again people are asking: “what did the President know and when did he know it.” Biden would likely respond by either firing the prosecutor or pardoning Hunter. He cannot afford to let the investigation continue. That would create a huge dilemma. Do you impeach Biden only to have him replaced by someone like Kamala Harris, who would likely then nominate Gavin Newsom to be her VP? How do you think people would respond to that?

How will people respond to Biden’s insane plan to fight climate change by putting harsh restrictions on us, ignored by everyone else in the world? How will they respond to increasing lockdowns and vaccine distribution focused on social justice rather than common sense? How will they respond to higher taxes and a demand for unity while demonizing anyone who disagrees with him? How will they respond to a President of the United States who cannot answer any questions without a script, and he will botch that too?

The only good news is that progressives and moderate Democrats will be just as disgusted with Joe Biden as everyone else. All of this is predictable and preventable. It just takes people with the courage to recognize the obvious, and to take the action required to prevent all this. The only thing necessary for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing. Pretending evil does not exist, when the evidence is all around you is not a recipe for success. There is no honor among thieves and far too little honor displayed by members of congress or the Supreme Court.

What if you were President of the United States? The MSM is reporting that you lost your bid for re-election. You believe the election was stolen by massive fraud. There is significant evidence of that, but probably not enough to influence any court.  What if you had evidence that the next President was potentially guilty of peddling influence with Ukraine, China, Russia, and others. What if Russia appears to have hacked much of our critical infrastructure. What if there are indications that China was directly involved in manipulating the machines and software used to process election results. What if these machines and software were also used in Venezuela?

What if a key member of the House Intelligence committee turned out to have a former sexual relationship with a Chinese spy? What if this spy arranged for interns to be in this Congressman’s office? What if the FBI knew about this, but did nothing other than let that spy return home to China?

What if CISA, which was telling the world that this was the most secure election in history, missed the biggest hack on our IT structure, ever? What if this turns out to be a grave threat to national security, caused by the direct overt action of a nation-state?

Would you continue to give classified briefings to the President Transition team? Would you take the action necessary to fix this, or would you trust that the “President elect” would or even could deal with this?

Everyone is telling Donald Trump to shut up and go home. Incredibly, even Republicans in the Senate are telling him that. But what if they are either aware or unwilling to confront the reality of the situation. What would you expect a President to do? What would the constitution require our President to do?

Talk about the horns of a dilemma. Who would have predicted this? This all seems delusional, but there is a lot of evidence that this is exactly what is happening. What is lacking is any evidence that Democrats, or even Republicans in congress are willing to confront the reality and seriousness of this. They don’t appear to be even investigating this. The Supreme Court is also unwilling to get involved. The MSM would simply cover it up.

There is obviously truth out there. This is either accurate or it is not. What it cannot be is unimportant. A lot of people who have a duty to get this right are trying to sit this out. That may be the most dangerous possible decision. Have they considered the possibility that the President must either do the unthinkable or tolerate the unthinkable?

He has tried and failed to get the courts to intervene. He has tried and failed to get the MSM to investigate. He has tried and failed to get State Legislatures to intervene. He has tried and failed to get Republicans in congress to intervene. What should he do now? Should he just ignore this, like everyone else, and go home? Anyone see a good option here? Anyone?
