EXACTLY!

In a bombshell report on Fox News, an NBC insider, Kathy Arue said her source said this was all true.  She said the Obama administration was concerned about Trump so They were wiretapping him.  Incredibly, she was trying to explain why this was ok.

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/03/obama-admin-source-confirms-wiretapping-conducted-video/

On Friday, March 3, 2017 Democratic Senator Chris Coons said the following during an interview with Andrea Mitchell:

“There are transcripts that provide very helpful, very critical insight into whether or not Russian Intelligence and senior Russian political leaders, including Vladimir Putin, um, were cooperating, were colluding with the Trump campaign at the highest levels to influence our election.”,

Today, on Fox News Sunday, Coons was singing a very different tune.

http://legalinsurrection.com/2017/03/chris-coons-walkback-i-have-no-hard-evidence-of-collusion-between-trump-world-and-russians/

He admitted that he had seen no hard evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

It is increasingly clear that in their haste to destroy Trump liberal Democrats and the main stream media have made a huge error.  So far there is zero evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia about the election.  We can be certain that if there was such evidence it would have leaked long before now.  It is clear that Democrats just want an ongoing investigation that will distract the Trump administration from implementing its policy.  But in their haste they failed to realize that it would be a serious abuse of power for the Obama administration to use the FBI and U.S. Intelligence Agencies to investigate a political opponent during a political campaign.

Even the New York Times and the Washington Post realizes this, which is why they said Trump offered no proof of these allegations.  He didn’t need to.  A New York Times article released in January confirmed that there had been surveillance of the Trump campaign.  Senator Coons said that there were transcripts.  How could there be transcripts if there were no wiretaps?

We are going to see a desperate attempt by Democrats and the main stream media to stop this story by saying President Obama denied it.  But, Obama didn’t deny that the surveillance took place, he just denied ordering it to take place.  That is, in effect, an admission that he knew about.  Every expert agrees that no one in the Obama administration would have dared ordering surveillance of Trump during the campaign without Obama knowing about this.  Obama didn’t have to order it, he should have immediately issued an order to stop it.

Today White House Sean Spicer tweeted the following:

“President Trump is requesting that as a part of their investigation into Russian activity, the congressional intelligence committee (3/4) exercise their oversight authority to determine whether executive branch. Investigative powers were abused in 2016.  Neither the White House nor the president will comment further until such oversight in conducted.”

If you were a member of the Obama administration who participated in this abuse of power, it is time to become afraid, very afraid.  I would suggest lawyering up and don’t risk being last in line to play let’s make a deal.

If you are a senior Democratic Senator or Congressional Representative calling for an investigation of alleged collusion between the Trump campaign you were too stupid to realize that using the FBI and Intelligence services to spy on a political opponent is a really big problem.

If you are the editor of the Washington Post and the New York Times and you have been ignoring one of the most explosive political stories in our nation’s history, while hysterically chasing rumors about a story that would not even be a crime, it is time to become very afraid.

If a President of the United States allowed the FBI and the intelligence agencies to conduct widespread surveillance on a political opponent during a presidential election that is close to the worst case example of abuse of power.  Asking Russia to hack the DNC e-mail servers would be highly unethical but it is not certain it would be a crime. In addition, even with the resources of the FBI and the intelligence community so far Democrats have ZERO evidence to support this allegation.

Now if they do come up with such evidence, the next question has to be:  How exactly did you get this?

This reminds me of an incident in Novato, California where we used to live.  Several people saw a man pull up in a pickup truck, cut the chain off a bike, throw it in the back of his truck and drive off.  Several people wrote down his license plate number and called the police.  The police showed up with a 12 year old boy and his parents.  The boy promptly identified the stolen bike. That is when the man in the pickup handed them his receipt for the bike, when he bought it new, and asked if there was any law against retrieving property that had been stolen from him.  Exactly!

THE PLOT SICKENS!

President Donald Trump accused the Obama White House of wiretapping Trump Tower during the election.  The main stream media, which assumes any Republican is guilty of all accusations regardless of facts, is quickly rising to the defense of Obama. The Washington Post responded by attacking Trump:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2017/03/04/trump-accuses-obama-of-nixonwatergate-plot-to-wire-tap-trump-tower/?utm_term=.696cae200370

This, of course, is the same Washington Post famous for making wild accusations about the Trump campaign based on “anonymous sources.” But there are problems with the rush to judgment by the main stream media.

The statement by an Obama spokesman is a classic non-denial denial:

“A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice. As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false.”

Note:  He did not deny that Trump tower phones were wire tapped.

We know that the Obama administration tapped Mike Flynn’s phone.  His private conversation was illegally leaked to the main stream media.  That alone is clear evidence that the Obama White House was trying to sabotage the Trump administration before it even took office.

If there was a wiretap, it was probably done with a Federal Warrant. There will be a record of that.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/07/27/the-trump-russia-money-question-in-24-steps/?utm_term=.937a7e54456a

With this type of reporting by the Washington Post, why would anyone be surprised if some FBI Agent or other DOJ official, reporting to Loretta Lynch, asked to wiretap Trump’s phone because they were furious about the DNC hacks and they were so sure Trump was guilty. Would it really be a surprise if a federal judge issued such a warrant?

According to the following article in Politico, the New York Times ran a story on January 19th admitting that the Obama administration was using U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies to probe alleged links between Trump’s campaign and Russian officials.

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/03/trump-obama-wire-tapping-trump-tower-phones-235679

A New York Times article published on Jan. 19 — just one day before Trump’s inauguration — reported that U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies had intercepted communications and financial transactions as part of a probe of links between Trump’s campaign and Russian officials.

Hmmm INTERCEPTED COMMUNICATIONS? Sound like a wiretap to me.

We can be absolutely certain that if there was a shred of evidence leaking Trump to a Russian bank it would have been leaked to the main stream media long ago. It sure looks like the Obama administration was desperately seeking evidence to destroy Trump and that they continued this up until the day Trump was inaugurated.  Numerous people in the main stream media are reporting that Obama officials deliberately spread intelligence (bread crumbs) to other agencies so that people seeking to destroy Trump would find the data.

How serious is this?  Consider the following quote by Lindsey Graham, not exactly a Trump supporter:

“If the former president of the United States was able to obtain a warrant lawfully to monitor the Trump campaign for violating law, that would be the biggest scandal since Watergate,”

This is why the main stream media is desperately trying to scream down this story. Yes, it is exactly that bad and incredibly it is exactly that believable.

GOOD GRIEF

One of the problems with liberal Democrats is that they are often incapable of seeing reality.  We saw a perfect example of that last night.  Navy SEAL Ryan Owens was killed in Yemen on January 29, 2017.  Liberal Democrats, who never pass up an opportunity to trash Trump, without regard to the facts, pounced immediately.  These are the same people who ignored combat deaths while Obama was President.  Trump was accused of make a snap judgment to order a raid in Yemen that accomplished nothing.  They even exploited the death of this young man by goading his father into trashing Trump and demanding an investigation.  When Trump pointed out that the raid was planned during the Obama administration, it did not matter to the rabid left.  The Hill even reported that Trump tried to distance himself from this disaster by blaming his generals:

http://thehill.com/policy/defense/321614-trump-appears-to-place-blame-on-generals-for-seal-killed-in-yemen-raid

Actually, Trump was merely answering a question truthfully and honestly.

“This was a mission that was started before I got here, “  Trump said.  “This was something that was, you know, just – they wanted to do.  They came to me and they explained what they wanted to do, the generals, who are very respected.  My generals are the most respected that we’ve had in many decades, I would – I believe.  And they lost Ryan.”

Last night, Trump brilliantly put this in perspective and in doing so he created one of the most emotional and captivating moments in the history of speeches by an American President.  His words were beyond eloquent:

We are blessed to be joined tonight by Carryn Owens, the widow of a U.S. Navy Special Operator, Senior Chief William “Ryan” Owens. Ryan died as he lived: a warrior, and a hero – battling against terrorism and securing our Nation.

I just spoke to General Mattis, who reconfirmed that, and I quote, “Ryan was a part of a highly successful raid that generated large amounts of vital intelligence that will lead to many more victories in the future against our enemies.” Ryan’s legacy is etched into eternity. For as the Bible teaches us, there is no greater act of love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. Ryan laid down his life for his friends, for his country, and for our freedom – we will never forget him.

The camera focused on Ryan Owens widow and the raw emotion she displayed touched all our souls.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/01/full-transcript-president-donald-trumps-first-speech-congress/

Then Trump went off script and the result was pure magic:

“Ryan is looking down right now, you know that, and I think he’s very happy because I think he just broke a record.  Ryan laid down his life for his friends, for his country, and for our freedom.  And we will never forget Ryan.”

No one, who watched that moment, could fail to realize that Trump is truly a kind and compassionate man.  President Obama never had a moment like this during the entire eight years of his Presidency, because with Obama everything was always only about him.

In the blink of an eye the mythical monster called Donald Trump, created out of whole cloth by the main stream media, disappeared in a flash of brilliance.  Donald Trump became the President of the United States and that changes everything.

All those people who have been shoving each other aside to take the cheapest possible shots at this man now lay humiliated at his feet unworthy to even approach his shadow.  The Democrats, out of touch, appropriately on the left side of the chamber looked pathetic and out of touch.  The Nancy Pelosi squad, dressed in white and sitting on their hands, looked beyond foolish and irrelevant.  Those “A” list celebrities who trashed Trump at the Oscars merely exposed themselves as silly and self-absorbed fools.  It was a beautiful thing.

Even Van Jones, who was booted out of the Obama administration because of his communist background and who is one of Trump’s most vicious and vocal critics figured this out:

http://theweek.com/speedreads/683061/van-jones-during-address-congress-trump-became-president-united-states

“During his address to Congress, Trump ‘became President of the United States.’”

ANIMAL HOUSE

Although the media constantly accuses Trump of lying, the opposite is true.  Trump seldom lies.  He sometimes exaggerates and gets his facts wrong, but he is usually telling us what he really thinks.  It is his candor that is rare.  His opponents in the media, on the other hand often seem incapable of telling the truth.

This is more than obvious.  The main stream media loves to point out something Trump allegedly go wrong so they can accuse him of lying.  This started day one.  It was the main stream media that produced obvious fake pictures of the crowd during the inauguration and then arrogantly claimed that Obama had much bigger crowds. When Trump fought back they accused him of focusing on the minutia and lying.  I really don’t care about the size of the inauguration.  I wouldn’t be surprised if it was smaller if for no other reason than all the liberals were threatening violent protests.  But, incredibly, it just may be the main stream media lying about the crowd size anyway.  Who knows?

http://truthfeed.com/just-in-cnn-back-pedals-and-releases-updated-picture-of-trumps-real-inaugural-crowd/48630/

To show you how bad this is, the main stream media even accused Trump of lying because he said the sun was shining on inauguration day.  Again, who cares, but technically Trump is right, the sun did shine.  It also rained, like a lot of January days in Washington, D.C.  The real issue here is that the main stream media cannot resist calling Trump a liar anything they disagree with him.  Keep in mind that these are the same people who ignored really serious lies by Hillary Clinton with regard to Benghazi and her personal email server.

Studies show that most people lie on a regular basis, but all lies are not created equal.  Telling someone they look great may be inaccurate but it is not necessary wrong.  If someone asks you how your day is going and you say great, even though its’ been a lousy day, that is also inaccurate, but not necessary wrong. Sometimes a lie can be an act of kindness.  For example an EMT might tell a critically ill patient they are doing fine and everything is going to be ok when they know the opposite is true.  That is a lie, but do you really want them to tell the truth, regardless of consequences.  In a case like that, telling someone they are going to be fine just might save their life.

But some lies really matter.  If you lie under oath, about a criminal matter, that is a serious lie, unless you are Bill Clinton and it is only about sex.  But perhaps the most vicious and irresponsible lies are when you falsely accuse someone of lying just because you disagree with them.  The main stream media does that every day. Liberal Democrats have even proposed prosecuting anyone who dares dispute global warming.  Oops.  Thanks to a high level whistle blower we now know, thanks to a whistle blower, that NOAA has been caught cooking the books and it is NOAA that has been lying.  I doubt that anyone at CNN will notice.  I am sure that no one at CNN will care.

A false accusation of lying, particularly about a President, does serious damage to the country.  Liberal Democrats accused George W. Bush of lying about the WMD in Iraq. That is and was a lie.  It is well documented that Bush never said anything that was inconsistent with the intelligence.  He also never said anything inconsistent with what John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and other top Democrats were saying.  Far too many people still think Bush lied about the WMD because the main stream media refused to tell the truth about this.

The media will continue to falsely accuse Trump of lying, but this time they are dealing with someone more than willing to take them on.  Trump does have New York values.  Anyone who has spent any time in New York understands what this means.  If you attack a New Yorker, they attack back.  Trump didn’t back down, he stood on that stage and said “bring it on.”

If you really want to see unhinged people, watch CNN.  Wolf Blitzer looked like he needed a mid-show face lift and Chuck Todd was shrieking about Donald Trump looking out of control.  It looked a lot like John Belushi running around during a scene on Animal House telling people to calm down.

DARWIN AWARD, LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT – BONUS ROUND

I recently wrote about the 900 liberal geniuses at the State Department who stupidly signed a letter saying they could not support the Trump foreign policy.  Odds are high that Tillerson is already going through that list with a smile.  Now we learn that today is being promoted as “A DAY WITHOUT IMMIGRANTS.”  It is a call for all undocumented residents to do the following today:

DON’T GO TO WORK

DON’T OPEN UP YOUR BUSINESS

DON’T BUY ANYTHING IN A STORE OR ONLINE

DON’T EAT AT A RESTAURANT

DON’T GO TO CLASS

DON’T LET YOUR KIDS GO TO CLASS

Here are a couple of articles explaining the strategy:

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/businesses-across-us-close-for-day-without-immigrants/ar-AAmZZwt?OCID=ansmsnnews11

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/02/15/us/politics/immigration-restaurant-strike-trump.html?_r=0

While the main stream media will consider this to be a major success, odds are most of us won’t notice.  Those who do notice may not consider this to be a problem.  There are about 157 million people in the U.S. workforce.  Let’s assume that there are 11 million illegal immigrants working here.  That means that at the most about 7% of our workforces are illegal immigrants.  Those who own businesses and have nice jobs are unlikely to participate in this event.  They have too much to lose and they are too smart to self-identify.  The people most likely to participate are students and if they skip school most people won’t even notice.

But wait, there’s more.  We don’t actually know how many illegal immigrants are living here.  Homeland Security estimates 11.4 million.  The Washington Post estimates less than 11 million.  But, if this effort is really successful, we will know a lot more of them.  Keep in mind that many illegal immigrants are pretending to be citizens.  They have id cards showing them to be citizens.  Here in California we give the Drivers’ licenses to make it easier for them.

Smart illegal aliens should probably read the following before they decide to skip work.

8 U.S. Code § 1324a – Unlawful employment of aliens

 (2)  CONTINUING EMPLOYMENT

It is unlawful for a person or other entity, after hiring an alien for employment in accordance with paragraph (1), to continue to employ the alien in the United States knowing the alien is (or has become ) an unauthorized alien with respect to such employment.

If you are an illegal alien and you don’t show up for work today and tell people this is because you are an illegal alien, you have not only given your employer grounds to fire you, you have actually made it illegal for your employer to legally continue your employment.

Do you remember the “The Great American Strike” that took place on May 1, 2006? What?  You don’t remember this?  Neither do many other people because it didn’t work. Odds are really high it won’t work this time either.  It may convince a lot of illegal aliens to self-identify making it much easier for ICE.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_American_Boycott

In 2006 the President of the United States was George W. Bush, not Donald Trump.  Bush was a pro-immigration reform guy.  Trump, on the other hand, is a “just enforce the law” kind of guy. He is extremely unlikely to be impressed by the political grandstanding.  Trump knows that the main stream media has zero intention of treating him fairly on any issue anyway.  So, he might just as well do the necessary. Those who follow self-absorbed, self-righteous, arrogant, incompetent clowns off the cliff to oblivion have, once again, earned special recognition.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE

Governor Jerry Brown has appealed to President Donald Trump for $160 million in emergency aid because of the Oroville Dam crisis.  So far the response has been silence.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/feb/13/oroville-dam-flood-danger-recedes-state-criticized/

Since Trump has been inaugurated Democrats have done everything possible to obstruct him. Governor Jerry Brown has been very vocal about this. Perhaps Tom Donnelly said it best:

California “has been so busy defying President Donald Trump in order to protect illegal aliens from deportation that it forgot to do the things government is supposed to do, like maintain infrastructure. Governor Brown is now going hat-in-hand to beg the Trump administration for emergency funds.”

At the same time California is begging Trump for money, it has plenty of money to pay huge sums to Eric Holder to defy the Trump administration in every way possible.  What goes around comes around.  . :

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-01-04/california-dems-retain-eric-holder-fight-clear-and-present-danger-trump

California Attorney General Becerra “is expected to be instrumental in battling with the Trump White House over any attempt to enforce stringent measures aimed at immigrants.  Mr. Brown has made clear that he intends to challenge the administration on global warming and that his attorney general will be a key to that battle.

Now it turns out California had a lot more to fear from the incompetence of Governor Brown than from anything Trump has or will do.  Trump has a lot of reason to just say no.  He could point out, correctly, that if California would use the funds it has to stop resisting him and perhaps spent a couple of bucks on things that really matter, like fixing the Oroville Dam it wouldn’t need a federal handout.  Last night on his show Tucker Carlson ended his show by pointing out that if Governor Brown had not wasted billions on an obsolete train to nowhere, he could have easily fixed the Oroville Dam.  The state has known about this problem for years.  This is a classic example of “poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.”

I would love to listen in on the following phone call from President Donald Trump to Governor Jerry Brown.  “Hi Governor, sorry for the delay, but we are little backed up here because Democrats refused to approve my cabinet. In addition, I have been consulting with my team on how I can protect the country in spite of the daily obstruction by California. As you know, we have to allocate money to fight California on global warming and deporting criminal illegal aliens. I’m sorry, but right now I just can’t, in good conscience, send money to California so that you can use your resources to build worthless trains, establish a sanctuary state and defy the federal government in every way possible.”

“Tell you what Jerry, call me back when you are more responsible with the money you already have before you beg me for assistance.”

Virtually all of the problems facing California because of this winter weather were preventable.  Liberal Democrats fought Governor Schwarzenegger when he pushed to build new dams. Here is what Schwarzenegger was saying in 2008.

https://www.newsreview.com/sacramento/schwarzenegger-buffett-californias-dam/content?oid=681521

“This drought is an urgent reminder of the immediate need to upgrade California’s water infrastructure,” he said. “While we cannot control Mother Nature, what we can control is to prepare ourselves for future dry years.”

Now California is begging the federal government it wants to defy at every opportunity for a massive handout to fix problems created by its own incompetence.  Good luck with that.

STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES

Donald Trump stepped in it big time with this “Muslim ban,” right?  I mean there were protests all over the place and all these heartbreaking stories about families ripped apart.  This was so obviously unconstitutional that a Washington Judge arrogantly issued a temporary restraining order.  Then, to add insult to injury the 9th Circuit Court doubled down on the humiliation by upholding this order.

But In their haste to play politics, liberals overlooked a couple things.  What Trump did is clearly legal and even liberal law professors admit this. In addition, Trump is right about the threat of terrorism from these seven countries.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/exclusive-yahoo-news-interview-president-100000514.html

When Isikoff asked Assad if any of the refugees are terrorists Assad quickly said “definitely.”  He said you can find it on the Net. “Those terrorists in Syria, holding the machine gun or killing people, they [appear as] peaceful refugees in Europe or in the west.” This had the ugly odor of truth.

Assad pointed out, correctly, that even a few terrorist can create huge problems.  The 9-11 attack was carried out by only 20 people.

The liberal left was celebrating so loudly they didn’t notice that the 9th Circuit Court had done something really stupid.  Liberal Democrats are, once again, on the record putting politics ahead of national security.  If there is a terrorist attack and it comes from someone remotely connected with one of those seven countries, who would you rather be?  The President who tried to stop it or the arrogant lefties who threw a hissy fit putting us all at risk?

The following article from Breitbart explains just how badly liberals botched this:

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/02/11/jeffrey-toobin-catching-on-president-trumps-executive-order-wins-by-losing/

The events yesterday at the Oroville Dam remind us the risk from public officials more than willing to ignore obvious risk. The following article in the Mercury News shows that 12 years ago three groups filed a motion with the Federal Government on October 17, 2005 warning of exactly this risk.  The State Department of Water Resources and the water agencies that would have been required to pay for fixing the emergency spillway argued that there was no risk. Sadly, FERC agreed with them.  Obviously, they were wrong.

http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/02/12/oroville-dam-feds-and-state-officials-ignored-warnings-12-years-ago/0

We are fortunate that the original report that the emergency spillway could fail in about an hour were inaccurate.  If that had happened, the loss of life and property damage would have been staggering.  The good news is that the worst case didn’t happen.  The bad news is that there are a series of storms approaching California and this is far from over.

This is a classic example of what happens when government officials put politics ahead of protecting the public.  Those upgrades to the Oroville Dam Emergency Spillway would have been very expensive in 2005.  They will cost a lot more now.  I hope the people in La La Land enjoyed all that cheap water.

This is remarkably similar to the decision made by Judge Robart and the 9th Circuit Court.  It is why Donald Trump won by losing. Donald Trump is President of the United States and if liberals keep resisting him, to the point that he can no longer take the action necessary to protect us the cost may be far more than the potential failure of the Oroville Dam.  This should be a wake-up call to liberals everywhere, but there seems little chance of that happening.

SH*TTING BULL

We are used to gross distortion in the reporting of anything by the main stream media.  We have gone well beyond bias to the point of total distrust.  Perhaps the best example of this has been the reporting on the Dakota Access Pipeline.  If you watched the main stream media this is just a bunch of people outraged by the total disregard to the environment by the greedy oil companies, right?  The oil companies want to pollute a pristine Indian reservation just to make a couple of extra bucks.  What more do you need to know?

The reality is that this involves placing a pipeline, very near the site of an existing pipeline that has been working without problems since 1982.  This pipeline will be located 100 ft. below the Missouri River that flows into Lake Oahe.  While we should always be concerned about pollution, this is a classic example of selective outrage.  The pipeline doesn’t actually cross the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.  The Missouri River does flow into Lake Oahe, and it is important to prevent pollution of the Missouri River.  But the River itself is 2,341 miles long, before it merges with the Mississippi River.  It is the longest river in the United States. Have you ever wondered if there are any bridges over the Missouri River?  It turns out there are approximately 154 bridges over the Missouri River.  Following is a list of bridges over the Missouri River from WikiPedia, located in Montana and North Dakota, all of which are “before” Lake Oahe:

Do any of you remember the main stream media mentioning any of these bridges?  Me neither. Do you think there might be some risk of an oil spill from railroad trains hauling tanker cars on deteriorating rails or tanker trucks crossing these bridges?  The main stream media created the impression that the only risk to this pristine river has to come from this single state of the art pipeline, located 100 ft. below the bottom of the river.  That is, of course, absurd.

Sadly, there is a significant pollution risk to the river at this location.  It was created by the “environmentalists” literally crapping all over the place.  With total disregard for the environment, they left a mess that desperately needs to be cleaned up before the spring thaw.  While the Standing Rock Indian Reservation was worried about the slim possibility of pollution from a well contructed pipeline they were ignoring the all too real pollution risk from the environmental activists themselves.

This even looks bad in a San Francisco Newpaper

http://www.sfgate.com/news/texas/article/Cleanup-begins-at-Dakota-Access-pipeline-protest-10897198.php

Other publications present a much stronger picture:

http://meanwhileinmontana.com/cleanup-continues-north-dakota-protest-camp-video/

Note the following failed attempt to find the “bright side” of this mess:

“It’s like a shelving for pantry for people that come down from churches and other communities around here to pick up, and, you know, can be useful too,” says Patrick Mantich, Nebraska.

(I know this doesn’t make sense, that is why I quoted it exactly)

Note that the Standing Rock Tribe plans on using money from the $6 million in donations it has received to support its pipeline fight to help clean up the mess created by the protestors.  Almost everything reported about this situation in the press has been wrong.  It turns out this should have been labled “Sh*tting Bull” from the start.

THE SHADOW OF A VOTE

When we first moved to California, we immediately noticed three things.  One was that we had to pay an outrageous fee to register our car.  California fined us big time for daring to bring in a car that wasn’t manufactured to California emissions standards.  The second was that there are a significant number of seriously unglued people living here.  Shortly after we arrived, there was the harmonic convergence.  I will let Wikipedia explain:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonic_Convergence

Thousands of people got together on the top of Mt. Tamalpais to hum in world peace.

On August 16, 1987, a group of people tried to apply this concept (karma) with what they called the Harmonic Convergence. Thousands of people gathered at Mount Tamalpais just north of San Francisco and other designated religious hot spots around the world, such as Stonehenge, to usher in what was hoped to be a major energy shift. It was said that if enough people got together and thought positive thoughts, the global perspective would shift from one of human conflict to one of human cooperation; In other words there would be enough positive energy (karma) to usher in an era of universal peace.

The third thing we learned was that California made little or no effort to verify who was voting.  All you needed to do was show up and point out your name and address. We have lived her for over 30 years and no one has ever asked for our ID in order to vote. Thanks to Bill Clinton, you don’t even have to provide any proof of citizenship when you register to vote.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Voter_Registration_Act_of_1993

The Act requires States to “accept and use” a uniform federal form to register voters for federal elections.[10] The National Mail Voter Registration Form (commonly referred to as the “Federal Form”) was developed by the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC), and requires only that an applicant affirm, under penalty of perjury, various matters including that he or she is a citizen. (The Federal Form can be used as an alternative to any state form.)

In 2004 the citizens of Arizona voted for a proposition requiring voters to present proof of citizenship when registering to vote and identification when they vote. Democrats were outraged. How dare anyone limit voting to U.S. citizens!  The Arizona proposition was shot down by the Supreme Court because of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.

It seems obvious that Democrats don’t see any evidence of voter fraud because they are just fine with illegal aliens voting in our elections as long as they continue to vote for democrats.

http://www.capradio.org/articles/2017/01/27/still-burning-trumps-claim-of-serious-voter-fraud-in-calif-remains-pants-on-fire/

PolitiFact California previously examined Trump’s voter fraud claim, speaking with elections experts and officials across the state, and, as expected, found no evidence.

PolitiFact California previously examined Trump’s voter fraud claim, speaking with elections experts and officials across the state, and found no evidence.

The California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, was outraged:

“By repeating false and unsubstantiated voter fraud allegations as the cause for losing the popular vote, President Trump is dangerously attacking the legitimacy of free and fair elections and taking a jackhammer to the foundation of our democracy. These are not “alternative facts.” They are corrosive lies without any evidence. Even leaders in the President’s own party agree there is no evidence to support his claims.”

Sadly, in California, there is zero attempt reconcile our voting records with any federal database to verify citizenship.  But, things are changing.  We no longer are limited to input from the wishfully ignorant main stream media and Democratic apologists:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/02/01/experts-california-voter-registration-system-highly-susceptible-to-fraud.html

The problem with California is there is no separate verification of citizenship on voter registration, said Charles Bell, Jr., a partner with California-based Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP, a law firm that specializes in election law. Applicants can check a box affirming they are citizens, and this is not checked against any other government database such as federal immigration records

California issues driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants, allowing them to automatically be registered to vote under the federal “motor-voter” laws. Since the AB60 law went into effect in 2015, 806,000 illegal immigrants have received a license.

In California Democratic officials routinely tell illegal immigrants they are entitled to all the benefits of citizenship.  For example California enthusiastically issued over 806,000 driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.  We just went from a state with sanctuary cities to a sanctuary state.  Seriously folks, if you live in a state that won’t allow the federal government to arrest an illegal alien with a violent criminal record do you really think an illegal alien voting illegally has any risk of getting arrested?  Please!

Claude Arnold, who served as the former Special Agent in Charge for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations in Southern California, Nevada, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota, said he has witnessed voter fraud firsthand.

“Throughout my 27-year career with [Immigration and Naturalization Service] and ICE, I arrested hundreds of illegal criminal aliens who had voter registration cards,” Arnold said. “They would often admit they voted, but they were rarely prosecuted for illegally voting.”

Incredibly RINO Republicans also cannot see any evidence of widespread voter fraud. That is, to quote Hillary Clinton, the “willful suspension of disbelief. “  Anyone want to bet on the results if someone compares voting records in California with the federal databases used to verify citizenship?  The good news is that thanks to electronic records this is no longer hard to do. All that is necessary is someone ready, willing and able to do the obvious.  His name is Donald J. Trump.

DARWIN AWARD – LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT

The Darwin Awards are granted to people who managed to kill themselves by doing something really stupid. “Honoring those who improve the species…. by accidentally removing themselves from it.”

http://www.darwinawards.com/old/index200910.html

While there have definitely been a lot of people who qualified for a Darwin award, never before have so many people been duped into mass suicide because they stupidly believed clearly incompetent people.

Rex Tillerson will be confirmed as Secretary of State Wednesday. His biggest challenge was going to be draining the State Department swamp of entrenched bureaucrats who consider themselves the true State Department. Secretaries of State and Presidents come and go, but the bureaucracy remains. This is true in every department of government, but none more so than the State Department. Up until now, it was nearly impossible for a Secretary of State to really change much. It is nearly impossible to fire a bureaucrat. But there is an important exception. Really stupid people can eliminate themselves.

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-tillerson-idUSKBN15G45B

Incredibly, 900 idiots at the state department just signed their name to a memo disagreeing with a direct order by the President of the United States. Tillerson would have spent a lot of time just trying to identify these people and it would have been difficult if not impossible to get rid of them. With one memo, they have not only identified themselves they have given him clear legal grounds to fire them.

It is really quite simple. There are numerous Supreme Court decisions giving President Trump the authority to take this action. Even the New York Times admits this. They don’t like it, but they admit it:

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/10/opinion/trumps-anti-muslim-plan-is-awful-and-constitutional.html?_r=0

The New York Times, as expected, ignored the obvious and proposed the ridiculous. The Supreme Court has ruled very clearly that people in other countries do not enjoy the equal protection granted U.S. citizens under our constitution. Liberals cannot seem to grasp the concept. If everyone in the world automatically has the same rights as citizens under our constitution, we cease to exist as a sovereign nation. Duh!

While I know a lot of very bright people who are liberals, the people leading the progressive movement in this country are the opposite of brilliant. Those who follow these self-absorbed, self-righteous, arrogant, incompetent clowns off the cliff to oblivion have earned special recognition. I hereby nominate the 900 people at the State Department who signed this memo to the Lifetime Achievement edition of the Darwin awards.
