Most of us still remember certain times when the world seems to stop and watch in horror. One time was when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. In the matter of just a few seconds, the world changed. It was hard to imagine how JFK could go from this smiling young man, waving from a Presidential limousine to die instantly after being shot. To make matters worse, the assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald seemed so pathetic. How did this man manage to kill the most powerful person on earth?

Then there was September 11, 2001, when two airliners struck the World Trade Center, another plane hit the Pentagon and one crashed when passengers fought back against the hijackers. I was VP and Director of Insurance for ABM Industries. ABM had 850 people working at this location. I was called from the site and told to turn on my TV. I watched in horror at the video of damage done by the initial plane and then was stunned to see a second plane strike the other tower. Within a short period of time, both towers collapsed, and thousands of people died.

A few days ago, we were in New York City, and we visited the World Trade Center memorial pools and the museum. People from all over the world were there and all were paying respect to this tragic event. At the time, the world unified behind George Bush. Sadly, that didn’t last long, but the impact of that day will never go away.

Today, Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while speaking at Utah Valley University. While the attempted assassinations of Donald Trump impacted a lot of people, I believe this event will have incredible impact. This happened in such a public way that it cannot be downplayed or ignored.

The death was so sudden and so unnecessary. But more importantly, it was perhaps inevitable. The Democratic Party and its supporters in the MSM have lied consistently about Republicans and routinely accuse them of being threats to Democracy itself. They scream in outrage and demand action. What, exactly, did they expect? This coalition of evil is the root cause of this senseless act of violence. They just cannot accept the fact that the American people chose Donald Trump.

Perhaps I am wrong, but I fear that after the initial response of shock, and then enormous sadness, this will quickly turn to anger. A level of anger we have not seen in an exceptionally long time. No one should underestimate this.

Democrats, liberal celebrities, and the MSM consistently demand that people hate Donald Trump and anyone who supports him. Not only must they hate them, but they must be considered dangerous and evil.

Predictably, the initial response by the MSM has been to try, and fail, to blame this on dangerous rhetoric by Charlie Kirk. But if they do that this time, the response will only be magnified. This is so horrific that people are simply not going to tolerate that anymore.

Action is required. The people responsible must be held accountable. The country will be fortunate if this is limited to voting in elections. But if Republicans do not fight back, legally, and responsibly, they could generate a wave of violence that could quickly escalate out of control.

I am shocked and saddened. I grieve for Charlie Kirk and his family. And I am gravely concerned regarding the impact on this country.

Charlie Kirk’s message was, contrary to reporting in the MSM, joy filled. He was a devote Christian. This is the very foundation of the church. Jesus reminded us that “the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.” (Matthew 16:18). True then, true now. It is now crucial to understand the following: We do not need to require everyone to be our friends, but it is critical to understand who is our enemy.

I cannot predict what happens next, but I can predict that this assassination has awakened a sleeping giant and filled it with a terrible resolve.

The trash talk campaign against Donald Trump continues unabated. However, in recent times, this trend appears most often in little-known articles shared through social media. The broadcast media has become much more restrained lately. Much of the analysis is not only wrong but often ridiculous.

One example was an article attempting to claim that Barron Trump may be the son of French President Macron. This is beyond ridiculous. If you see Trump standing next to Macron, the size difference is immediately obvious. Macron is 5’ 8”. Trump is 6’3”. Barron Trump is 6’9”. Eric Trump is 6’5” and Donald Trump Jr. is 6’1”. Coincidence?

Anyone who saw the video of Trump greeting Putin and then walking with him to the Presidential Limousine immediately noticed that Trump towered over Putin. He looked and acted very much in control. Yet I saw a “news” article that said Trump’s slow walk showed signed of mental decline.

Trump talked about the huge ocean between Ukraine and the United States. One of these “news outlets” said that because Trump didn’t specifically say the Pacific Ocean that showed signs of significant dementia. I wonder if any of them noticed the Western world leaders who came to Washington, at Trump’s request. They all praised his leadership in working toward ending the war in Ukraine. This was astonishing and no other U.S. President has come close to achieving something like this.

We are used to the MSM trashing Trump. We are more than used to the usual suspect social media outlets trashing Trump. We are also used to Democrat politicians calling Trump everything from a dictator to a Nazi. What we are not used to is the speed with which these ridiculous false narratives are so quickly debunked. This is not because the MSM suddenly likes Trump. It is because their audience isn’t buying this anymore. The Democrat Party has its lowest approval ratings ever. Joe Biden’s approval rating is already at the bottom and sinking lower. Has anyone seen Kamala Harris lately? Does anyone know or care what Tim Walz thinks about anything?

This “analysis” is mind-numbing. It is ridiculous to assume that because Trump didn’t read the letter aloud this is indisputable evidence of his poor eyesight and verifies that his academic record, which included graduating from Warton, covers up a 4^th grade level education. This by the same people who failed to notice the well-documented, but ignored, problems with Barack Obama’s academic record.

Biden famously hid from the press. He seldom held press conferences and often just left without taking any questions. He often held note cards and responded only to certain reporters with “approved” questions. This still didn’t work. His mental decline became increasingly obvious. The opposite is true regarding Trump. He has frequent press conferences and typically answers questions spontaneously, without notes. Frankly, he sometimes talks to much and risks becoming boring. If he makes the slightest mistake, the usual suspects pounce on it as definitive proof he is showing mental decline.

The opposition to Donald Trump has reached the point of no return. No one is perfect and Donald Trump is no exception, but the desperate actions by his strongest opponents are perfectly awful. That has not changed. The only difference is that now they are equally unbelievable.

Democrats and their fawning supporters in the MSM have had Trump Derangement Syndrome since day one. I wrote about this in April of 2011. Some people hated Trump and some liked him, but everyone watched him. He is brilliant at drawing attention to himself.

That has not changed. But in material ways, both the MSM and Trump have changed. Trump clearly believes that God spared him, and he considers himself on a mission to fix things. In addition, Trump spent the four years out of office planning on how to get things done during his next term in office. It is increasingly clear that Trump faced massive opposition during his first term. Sadly, people he believed were his friends, or at least willing to accept him as President of the United States, were instead secretly opposing him. The MSM, which truly hated Trump, was on a full-time mission to trash him.

In most cases, the source of this was the same. These people were so self-absorbed by their own version of the world that they were deeply offended by anyone who disagreed with them. Since Trump was so obvious in his criticism, regarding things they believed sacred, he was completely intolerable.

It was a classic example of sometimes being very wrong but never in doubt. This was compounded by an educational system dominated by liberals and a MSM that is dominated by liberal Democrats. They really believed that they were right, and they were even more certain that Trump was dangerously wrong.

But facts are stubborn things, and the more facts we learn the more obvious that their attempt to delude us was really the result of deluding themselves. They really believed that Trump was dangerous. They disagreed with his world view. More importantly, they fully believed that they were gifted by the God they don’t believe in with the wisdom to understand things misunderstood by the inferior, ordinary person.

One example of this is climate change. Scientists I’ve spoken to haven’t been impressed by climate change alarmists. Numerous predictions were derived from selectively chosen data with minimal consideration for thorough analysis. Then they convinced themselves that doing incredibly stupid things, that no one even hinted would work, was mandatory. Significant resources were allocated to transitioning toward solar and wind energy, as well as adopting electric vehicles and homes with little regard for the consequences of getting this wrong. Well welcome to the consequences.

They also convinced themselves that men and women are not biologically different from birth. That somehow a person can switch their sex by deciding to change and in some cases cutting off body parts inconsistent with their perceived gender identity.

So here comes Donald Trump with his orange skin and hair. A man who bloviates about himself almost hourly while snidely insulting people who dare challenge him. It triggered the perfect storm within the deluded minds of the liberal left. They couldn’t even consider the remote possibility that Trump might be right about anything. That would be unthinkable.

It is now clear that Trump was correct on many points. But they were too focused on shooting the messenger to consider that possibility. It was not Trump who weaponized our intelligence operations and the DOJ against political opponents. But that is exactly what was being done to him. Now, four years later, Trump has learned whom he can trust and more importantly whom he cannot trust. Trump has also weaponized the intelligence operations and the DOJ, but not against potential political opponents, but rather against those who illegally conspired against him. The difference is this DOJ is likely to conduct successful investigations and prosecutions and unlike Trump’s opponents, they have the facts to support their actions.

In addition, the man they thought was a threat to Democracy is instead restoring it by daring to implement things like voter ID and honest elections. The real threats to Democracy are those who believe the average individual lacks the wisdom necessary to challenge their assumptions, even when those assumptions are not only wrong, but they are also absurd.

He has changed our world, not by getting involved in endless conflicts, but rather by showing the world how to achieve peace without wasting time, effort, and countless lives on pointless military adventures.

A new President is in charge and those who fail to recognize that will pay an extremely high price. Many countries have signed major trade deals with the U.S. that were not considered remotely possible before Trump took charge.

He had prominent business leaders, including individuals who previously supported liberal Democrats, attend his inauguration, reflecting recognition of his leadership. They also know who is more equipped to help them succeed.

The liberal version of reality has been shattered before the eyes of the world and Trump has only just begun. He has accomplished more in six months than most Presidents accomplish in eight years. There is no sign of him slowing down anytime soon. Recently, several former critics have acknowledged this and paid attention. We don’t know what tomorrow brings, but we absolutely know what a shattered version looks like when exposed to reality.

Anyone who has been paying attention to history knows about gerrymandering. This is where congressional districts are designed to provide significant advantage to one of the two parties. While Republicans also do this, Blue Democrat states provide some extreme examples. When Texas Democrats are throwing a hissy fit regarding Republicans gerrymandering, this is a classic example of “people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.” Texas Democrats fled to Illinois. Illinois may be the most notable example of this issue.  Then Massachusetts threatened to gerrymander, before they realized they didn’t have any Republican representatives in congress.

Part of the problem is that Democrats allowed millions of people to cross our southern border, illegally. They then encouraged them to vote. In California anyone can get a driver license regardless of citizenship status. They are also automatically registered to vote, asking people to avoid voting if they are not eligible. Right!

California did not even attempt to reconcile their driver license records or voter registration records with national citizen databases. In addition, if you live in California, you know there is zero attempt to verify voter ID. Instead, people can pick up ballots from other people and drop them off at a ballot drop station. This is a recipe for fraud and Democrats used to agree, until they realized it was helping them stay in power.

The bottom line is that California’s voter roll reduced from 22.1 million in 2020, to 18.9 million today. This was not a surprise to those who left California for Florida.

For years Democrats have accused Republicans of stealing elections. Democrats impeached Donald Trump for pointing out, correctly, that Joe Biden appears to have been involved in corruption in Ukraine. That allegation, predictably, centered around Hunter Biden. There is zero doubt that Biden threatened Ukraine with the loss of $1 billion in U.S. aid unless they fired a prosecutor. That prosecutor was investigating Hunter Biden. There is video verifying this, but Democrats didn’t care.

Here is an article from the U.S.A. Today, admitting Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid unless prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was fired. Shokin was investigating Burisma, and Hunter Biden was on the Board of Burisma, but the U.S.A. Today concluded that this was irrelevant because Ukraine fired Shokin because he wasn’t investigating Ukraine politicians. Typically, the MSM bought that silly argument and agreed that when Trump asked Ukraine about this, he was trying to rig an election.

The U.S.A. Today analysis was absurd. They admitted that: It’s true that Joe Biden leveraged $1 billion in aid to persuade Ukraine to oust its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, in March 2016. But it wasn’t because Shokin was investigating Burisma. It was because Shokin wasn’t pursuing corruption among the country’s politicians.

Charlie Kupchan, who was a special assistant to President Barack Obama and a senior director for European Affairs on the National Security Council, said anti-corruption efforts were “a big part of our diplomacy” with Ukraine, since “it was that corruption that allowed Russia to manipulate the country politically and economically.”

Brilliant. Corruption allowed Russia to manipulate the country politically and economically. That explains why Putin invaded Crimea while Obama was President and Ukraine while Biden was President. Imagine if Trump did something like this. There is zero chance the MSM would have bought this nonsense.

California cleared up its voter database because California driver licenses did not meet the standard for a Real Id. States were warned that soon people could not travel without a Real ID. I remember when my wife and I had to get a replacement driver license, which met the standards of a Real ID if we wanted to travel on an airline without having our passport. We had to provide documentation of residence and citizenship. Prior to this, California didn’t check national citizenship databases, and they didn’t even provide the option for anyone else to do that. Now that this data is finally available, the results were the sudden removal of 3.1 million names from the voter registry. Democrats and the MSM are pretending this doesn’t matter. Their reactions sure look like panic to me.

Gavin Newsom wants a voter referendum to let California Democrats gerrymander the state, again, to keep Democrats permanently in control. But if any significant portion of those 3.1 million people removed from the voter database were Democrats, they shouldn’t be all that optimistic about results.

Democrats engaged in more gerrymandering because they held the majority for many years. This does not mean Republicans wouldn’t have done the same thing, but it does mean the hyperventilating is just another example of hypocrisy by Democrats and their MSM cheerleading squad.

Regardless of what anyone thinks, the likely result is more gerrymandering in red states, which will cost Democrats seats in congress. The reason is beyond obvious. Blue states have already been gerrymandered by Democrats to the extent possible. Red states, however, are hugely different and all the hyperbole about the Texas gerrymandering just alerted Republicans to opportunity.

In Daniel chapter 5, the story is told of a hand appearing and writing: “mene, mene, tekel epharsin. I learned about this is Sunday school, but stupidly thought they were saying “Meanie, Meanie, He Tickled The Parson.” Daniel told the King, “Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians” That very night Belshazzar was slain, and his kingdom was passed on to Darius, the Mede. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. And sometimes, history does repeat itself.

The MSM has been strangely silent regarding one of the most explosive news stories in American History. A little over four years ago, the MSM tried to sell the myth that the 2020 election was the most secure in American history. They also worked overtime to paint the January 6^th fiasco as the crime of the century. You know, when a sitting President of the United States tried to overturn the government of the United States. That narrative never made any sense, and most Americans did not buy this nonsense.

Now we learn that the real attempt to overturn the results of an election happened in 2016. This was done by Hillary Clinton not Donald J. Trump. She was aided, if not encouraged by Barack Hussein Obama, who was soon to be the “former” President of the United States. Now, despite the ongoing efforts to hide the facts, the truth is becoming more difficult to ignore. Predictably, the same MSM that willingly spread the Russia Collusion nonsense is trying desperately to ignore this. The arguments are not only thin, but they are also absurd.

Here are the known facts. In the spring of 2016, someone discovered that Hillary Clinton had stored highly classified documents on a private, unsecured, personal server. Director of the FBI, James Comey, issued the following statement:

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.” …

“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” 

” To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.”

This never made any sense. It is impossible to reconcile Comey’s acknowledgement of the seriousness of these allegations with the decision to ignore the significance because Hillary Clinton was running for President of the United States.

Hillary Clinton paid for the Steele dossier which attempted to prove that Donald Trump was colluding with Russia. Shortly before Trump took the oath of office in 2017, he was briefed by the CIA and other intelligence agencies regarding allegations of collusion with Russia and the Trump campaign to influence the 2016 election. Even if true, there is no excuse for leaking this intelligence assessment to the public. But it was not true and the people leaking this knew it was a lie. The reason for this “intelligence briefing” was to prevent Donald Trump from being able to perform the duties of a President of the United States. Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel to investigate Trump. He spent millions and only established that there was no evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia about anything. Did Russia try to influence the 2016 election? Yes. But not to endorse any candidate, but rather to cause Americans to lose trust in the election process itself. No one even pretended that this had any material impact on the election results.

Despite desperate efforts by the Deep State and some members of the MSM, facts are being disclosed, and action has been taken which is impossible to ignore.  The DOJ has put together a team to thoroughly investigate this and to prosecute people if they have broken the law. While some of the information has been provided to the public, some has not. This DOJ and the FBI is working to prosecute people, not to play political games. Things are escalating extremely fast, by Washington standards. Grand Jurys have been formed. Key people have been subpoenaed.

The question, sadly, is whether the MSM will ever notice. When will they ever even consider putting partisan politics aside and report the cold, hard facts? If there is any potential that a sitting President of the United States conspired to overturn the election of his replacement, shouldn’t the MSM care? Shouldn’t they at least “pretend” to pursue justice.”

Democracy is not dependent on which party wins an election, it is dependent on the losing side honoring the American tradition of a peaceful transfer of power. There is much more at stake here than the results of the 2024 election. The question is whom do you trust or more importantly, whom is it impossible to trust?

Most of us are all too familiar with January 6^th. This was the day congress voted to certify the results of the 2020 election. Donald Trump held a rally in Washington, D.C. He clearly felt that the 2020 election had been stolen. He urged his supporters to send a loud message to congress to please investigate this before just rubber stamping the electoral college. There were states who sent representatives to congress complaining that the election had violated state election laws.

At some point, a crowd of mostly Trump supporters got out of control. Some of them ended up inside the Capital and congress was evacuated. When the situation got under control, congress came back into session, and Mike Pence quickly pushed through final approval of the electoral college. At that point, Joe Biden was officially elected President of the United States and nothing short of impeachment could change that. There was no longer any option to investigate the election and verify results.

The mainstream media, urged on by Democrats, immediately declared this the darkest day in American history. There were numerous false reports of Capital police officers killed. No Capital police officers were killed. One died because of natural causes.

There is no evidence that anyone participating in the protest was armed. Some may have assaulted police officers. The violence was wrong, but far less than previously noticed at BLM or ANTIFA riots. There were unconfirmed reports that FBI informants were actively encouraging protestors to become more aggressive. We are only now learning how many FBI informants were part of that crowd. As of January 5, 2024, more than 1,200 people were charged and 460 people imprisoned for their role in the Capital attack. Attorney General Merrick Garland described this as “one of the largest and most complex and resource-intensive investigations in our history.”

There was no chance to investigate the 2020 election in time to change results. What we do know is that about 15 million “voters” who showed up for Joe Biden in 2020 went missing four years later. Why? We know that there is mounting evidence of election fraud. Those who watched results in 2020 saw Donald Trump with substantial leads, only to see those leads evaporate over night with miraculous late-night ballot dumps, all for Joe Biden. There are videos that appear to show people counting the same ballots time after time. There are reports of poll watchers being denied access. Most of these reports were just ignored by the MSM.

The left-wing media and Democrats demanded everyone publicly state that the 2020 election was fair and honest. January 6^th has been labeled an armed insurrection. Donald Trump was portrayed as the ultimate “Threat to Democracy,” who wanted to replace our democracy with a dictatorship. There were multiple attempts to stop him by filing ridiculous lawsuits in cities where he had zero chance of a fair trial. He was convicted of a felony based on a law that did not exist.

Now we are learning that President Obama allegedly ordered the CIA and the FBI to prepare a national intelligence analysis showing that Russia tried to interfere with the 2016 election to beat Hillary Clinton. That never made sense. This was clearly an attempt, by President Barack Obama, to prevent the duly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, from effectively governing. This work of fiction was leaked to the press just as Trump took the oath of office. He was subject to a full-scale investigation by a Special Prosecutor. His own Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, recused himself and refused to get involved.

The same MSM and Democrats who continue to call January 6^th an armed insurrection, are now screaming at the top of their lungs in protest that anyone would even consider the possibility that what John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey did at the direction of then President Obama is worth investigating. Incredibly, many are still pretending the Russia collusion hoax has not been fully discredited.

How much more needs to happen before people wake up to who is and who is not a threat to democracy? If true, the actions by President Obama and others are nothing short of treason.

The great miracle of our country is the peaceful transfer of power, even after a heated political contest. Up until January 2017, that tradition was maintained, regardless of which political party won, and which party lost. That all changed in January 2017. It is too bad the MSM still has not even considered the seriousness of this situation.

I still remember when “President” Bill Clinton bombed Iraq during his impeachment trial. The only apparent crisis was the impeachment trial of Bill Clinton. At first, he just lied about everything, and then his only defense was that it was only about sex. A President of the United States had too much responsibility to be removed because of “sex.” Ted Koppel, from ABC news, noticed that the timing was so convenient that it caused one to question Clinton’s real motives. But then he paused and said, “but that would be unthinkable.”

The problem is that while it was truly unthinkable that a President of the United States would order troops into combat for purely political purposes, this does not mean it wasn’t true.

Now we are learning of a coordinated effort by President Barack Obama to sabotage Donald Trump, just before he took the oath of office. It worked beautifully, because the “Russia Collusion Hoax” dominated the news cycle for months. A special prosecutor was assigned the investigation with the clear implication that Donald Trump could not be trusted to investigate anything. After months, it was undeniable, except to CNN, that this had all been a hoax and there was never any credible evidence. More recently there is documentation that this hoax was the result of a political hit piece paid for by Hillary Clinton to distract from her own disgraceful failure to protect classified information and to block Donald Trump.

President Obama knew there was no “Russian Collusion,” but instead of admitting that he doubled down on directing a strategy designed to prevent Donald Trump from governing. He hoped for another Nixonian moment. Democrats did not like the results of the 1972 election, so they conspired to overturn the results of that election and remove Richard Nixon without regard to the consequences. The consequences were abandoning South Vietnam and throwing away the sacrifices of the men and women who fought in that war.

If Republicans had tried to do this to a Democrat President, the legacy media would have gone into rebellion. Republicans reluctantly chose to impeach Bill Clinton because he was so obviously guilty, they felt they had no choice. Democrats did the opposite. They united behind Clinton, despite his obvious guilt, for purely political reasons.

When Donald Trump was elected, Democrats did not like the results. They desperately tried to overturn the election. When the Russian Collusion Hoax fell apart, Democrats impeached him twice. Fortunately, most Republicans stayed united behind Trump, and he survived.

They did manage to get rid of Trump, temporarily, by electing Joe Biden with last-minute, late-night ballots miraculously all for Joe Biden. If anyone dared hint of a problem the MSM screamed them into embarrassing silence. Now, four years after the most secure election in our nation’s history, millions of people who allegedly voted for Joe Biden in 2020, disappeared during the 2024 election. One must question whether they ever existed.

Then, to add insult to injury, Democrats tried to claim it was Republicans who tried to overturn the results of an election on January 6, 2021. If this was truly a plan to overturn the election, it was a joke. It had zero chance of succeeding and people went to jail because of posing for photo ops in the Capital. In the meantime, Democrats ignored blatant and violent attempts to interfere with the federal government by BLM and Antifa.

Now the truth is coming out. One wonders if anyone in the legacy media will notice. It is unlikely, if they do notice, they will care. But the American people will notice, and they are likely to care a great deal. What Obama tried to do in 2016 was truly the unthinkable scheme, but Democrats have a long history of doing the unthinkable. To Democrats and their fawning supporters in the MSM, something is unthinkable only if it allegedly done by Republicans.

By all accounts, Jeffrey Epstein was a despicable human being. The proven allegations against him regarding the activities at his private island are beyond disgusting. What makes this more appalling is the enthusiastic participation by at least some rich and famous people.

Powerful people were protecting Jeffrey Epstein and his “friends” and “clients.” Then Virginia Giuffre, one of his victims produced a list of names associated with Epstein. Here is a link to that list:  Epstein List: Full list of names revealed in unsealed court records | The Independent

Donald Trump was on that list. But while he was a friend of Epstein, there is no evidence he participated in any of the alleged sex trafficking. In her deposition, Giuffre said: “Donald Trump never flirted with me.” She never saw Trump at Epstein’s house. She never saw him on Epstein’s island. She never saw him In New Mexico. She never saw him in New York. Guiffre said that journalist Sharon Churcher made up lies about Trump.

This makes sense, because even the liberal left-wing reporters in the MSM gave up on linking Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. Note that when the Trump administration promised to release the Epstein files, Democrats, and their supporters in the MSM were incredibly quiet. Then, when the files weren’t released, people on all sides smelled cover-up. Now Democrats have suddenly decided the Epstein files really matter.

Is Donald Trump hiding something? Or, at least, is Pam Bondi hiding something? Perhaps Bondi told Trump that the files were embarrassing but lacked enough evidence for conviction. Trump decided against wasting time and money solely for political purposes.

But there is another option: “What if Trump just lured Democrats into the ultimate trap?” If Republicans had released the Epstein files, the liberal media and leading Democrats would have gone into overtime accusing the Trump administration of misinformation and wasting time. But since Democrats are demanding hearings and full release, they just guaranteed full disclosure, and they lost the best opportunity to challenge results. Did Democrats just hoist themselves on their own petard?

Who knows where this goes, we just know it is going somewhere, fast, and in the most public way possible. This is guaranteed to do damage to a lot of people and that is likely to include some Republicans. But the list above mainly features individuals with liberal views, many of whom have direct ties to Democrats. It was widely perceived that the Epstein case concluded with Jeffrey Epstein’s death. That may have been the hope and even the plan. But the best laid plans of mice and men are often ruined by reality. The “Ep Tide” is flowing fast, and odds are it is going to cause a lot of damage.

Democrats and the MSM are determined to stop ICE from enforcing our immigration laws. Barack Obama deported millions of people, but the MSM didn’t care because, well, he was Barack Obama not Donald Trump.

In addition, no one on either side seems to be capable of explaining the obvious. There are millions of people in this country, illegally. We don’t even know who these people are or where they are located.

Democrats and the MSM would have us believe that we should use the TSA approach to solving a problem. Following 911, it was obvious that the most dangerous people flying on commercial airliners were Muslim extremists. All the people involved in 911 were Muslim extremists. This does not mean that all Muslims are terrorists. I personally have friends who are Muslim, who are not a threat to anyone.

But according to the liberal mindset, it would be racist and unfair to pay special attention to young Muslim men or women trying to board aircraft while sweating profusely and chanting “Allahu Akbar.”  So, the TSA brilliantly decided to screen everyone, including the 82-year-old white grandmother from Des Moines, Iowa, as equally dangerous. The result is those long lines waiting for hours to try and board a Commercial airliner. Of course you can avoid this harassment by registering, for additional money, with TSA Pre.

I remember when this nonsense started. I was talking with a friend of mine who happened to be a Muslim man who traveled internationally. He said: “I have no problem with them screening me more carefully because I am a Muslim, because the terrorists are trying to kill me too.” Bingo.

I recently talked to one of my liberal friends who screamed about how ICE is profiling people based on things like race and ethnic origin. This approach has already resulted in finding extremely dangerous criminals. But using logic and common sense to solve a problem created by liberal Democrats is so un-American.

This liberal wanted a standard where ICE dare not ask someone for documentation that they are here legally, without “probable cause.” That sounds great, if you want to make sure that very few people here illegally will be identified. This person gloated that massive funding is being provided to purchase vans and staffs of attorneys standing by to provide free legal advice to anyone ICE dares to confront. This is brilliant, if your goal is to make it impossible to identify and deport people who are here illegally.

While liberals sat on their hands while Biden opened the border and let millions of people just walk right in, they are morally outraged that Trump is trying to fix the problem. Of course, to liberal Democrats, if these people are more likely to vote for Democrats, nothing else matters.

The only alternative to racially profiling to try and find people here illegally would be to set up roadblocks and make everyone prove citizenship. Wouldn’t that be fun? This would be like the DUI checkpoints used during Holiday periods. Why we could inflict the TSA experience on anyone daring to drive a car.

It’s not like sanctuary cities allow dangerous criminals to get a free get out of jail card if they are lucky enough to be here illegally. What that would be unthinkable. I mean it is not like these people are likely to just kill someone else. Seriously, has that ever happened?

We are entering a new ICE age, where people who can’t spell morality will ignore the obvious and embrace the ridiculous, without regard to the consequences, if it helps Democrats regain political power. Sadly, with the support of the MSM, if Republicans don’t do a better job of explaining reality, they may succeed. If they do succeed, illegal aliens will dominate every national election.

What could possibly go wrong? I mean it is not like liberals would support a Muslim Extremist communist running for Mayor of New York City, promising to stop ICE, tax white people and help Hamas destroy Israel. Of course not. That would be ridiculous.

There were some stunning developments over July 4^th. Most of us celebrated, again, living in the United States. We have freedom the rest of the world only dreams about. There is a reason so many people are desperate to come here.

Yet a recent poll showed that only 58% are proud to be an American. The varies along party lines. A recent poll showed that 92% of Republicans are proud to be an American, but only 36% of Democrats.

When one considers that most of the MSM are liberal Democrats, the problem becomes obvious. They are succeeding in their messaging. The problem is that their message is based on misinformation, and it is doing great harm.

If you bother to watch CNN, it constantly trashes Donald Trump while rarely making any attempt to follow the facts and evidence. Predictably they tried to blame Donald Trump for those awful floods in Texas.

What did Trump do? He described himself as a kind person who is doing his best to stop wars. How unthinkable. The article referred to this as a lie, because he signed the big, beautiful bill that will kick millions of Americans off Medicaid.

I’m a veteran. I’m not sure what being American means anymore.

This “veteran” explains how Trump is destroying our democracy. He describes him as a convicted felon who pardons other felons. (Referring, of course, to the people arrested for being in Washington D.C. on January 6^th.)

I could post more, but the point is that the MSM trashes Trump daily, if not hourly. They distort everything he does or says when not making up outrageous and ridiculous lies out of whole cloth.

People paying attention, meaning they get their news from anywhere other than the MSM, ignore this nonsense. Trump may not be your first choice as President, but he is not a threat to Democracy. ICE is arresting people who are here illegally. That is not a threat to Democracy, However encouraging people here illegally to vote for Democrats is a threat to Democracy.

Anyone remotely familiar with the “felony” convictions of Trump know that they are a farce. If someone does not understand this, they haven’t been paying attention. The sole purpose of those politically motivated trials was to stop Trump with false convictions labeling him a felon. It didn’t work, in 2024, most people who voted, voted for Donald Trump.

Trump haters continue to do everything possible to prevent him from governing. It used to be that politics ended at our nation’s borders. That is no longer true. Democrats routinely trash Trump regarding international affairs. They would rather see him lose than the country win.

Now to be honest, Donald Trump brings a lot of this on himself. He constantly seeks to grab all the glory while slamming anyone he considers to be disloyal. But just because he is paranoid doesn’t mean people aren’t out to get him. They are totally committed to destroying him.

This reminds me of Richard Nixon. He was re-elected in a landslide, and he negotiated an end to the Vietnam war. But Democrats and their supporters in the MSM were out to get him. They turned a third-rate burglary on DNC headquarters in the Watergate Hotel into an impeachment scandal. Nixon didn’t know anything about it; his big crime was helping cover up the actions of subordinates. When Republicans told Nixon they couldn’t back him anymore, he was forced to resign.

He was replaced by Gerald Ford who was immediately handcuffed by congress controlled by Democrats. The result was that the victory in Vietnam was thrown away with catastrophic results. But Democrats and their supporters in the MSM were too busy celebrating to notice.

When most Democrats are not proud to be Americans, it puts a whole new meaning on “go forth.” It is a sad day when one political party and its fawning supporters in the MSM are so determined to destroy Donald Trump, without regard to the consequences, that they are willing to destroy pride in our country while doing so.
