Loretta Lynch sat down for an interview with Lester Holt and he asked some very good questions.<\/p>\n

Holt:<\/p>\n

\u201cHe said it made him feel \u2014 I\u2019m paraphrasing \u2014 that it made him feel strange,\u201d \u201cWhat did you mean when you called it a matter instead of an investigation?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lynch:<\/p>\n

\u201cI heard about that testimony,\u201d And my first response was\u2026what is the issue here? I remember specifically talking with him, as we talked about sensitive things on a number of occasions.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd this was a very sensitive investigation, everyone knew. And the issue when he and I sat down at that time, which I think was early in the fall of 2015, was whether or not we were ready as a department to confirm an investigation going on. When we typically do not confirm or deny investigations into anything, with rare exceptions.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Holt:<\/p>\n

\u201cTo the extent though that he noted it, that it bothered him,\u201d \u201cdid he go to you and question your credibility with regard to the Clinton case?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lynch:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had a full and open discussion about it,\u201d \u201cAnd concerns were not raised.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is further evidence of a circular firing squad developing.\u00a0 Since Comey testified about this, under oath, he will be accused of lying.\u00a0 Yet if you read this transcript carefully, it is a non-denial denial.\u00a0 Although most of the current members of the MSM are liberals too blinded by bias to notice, the true professionals will not miss the significance of this.<\/p>\n

Jeff Sessions recused himself from the Russia Investigation because he is a man of honor and he didn\u2019t want even the appearance of a conflict of interest. Loretta Lynch and Andrew McCabe had serious conflicts of interests regarding the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal.\u00a0 Loretta Lynch never recused herself at all; she just \u201cagreed<\/strong>\u201d to let the FBI make the decision whether or not to recommend prosecution.\u00a0 If Comey had recommended Lynch prosecute Hillary Clinton she would have gone ballistic.\u00a0 Andrew McCabe didn\u2019t recuse himself until a week before the election when the stench of his bias was too overpowering to ignore.<\/p>\n

Lynch is admitting that she talked to Comey about this on a number of occasions.\u00a0 That alone demonstrates a conflict of interest. It is exactly why Loretta Lynch should have recused herself from this investigation from day one.<\/p>\n

We may be seeing a significant sea change here.\u00a0 Some very serious people in the MSM are finally realizing they are sitting on a major political scandal.\u00a0 While they have been chasing their tails looking for the mythical unicorn of collusion with Russia by the Trump campaign, they have been ignoring absolute bombshells regarding all things Clinton.<\/p>\n

Yesterday Attorney General Jeff Session appointed the U.S. attorney in Chicago to oversee the Justice Department\u2019s response to congressional requests for documents.<\/p>\n

Even the Washington Post noticed.\u00a0 This means one of two things will happen.\u00a0 Either those documents will be delivered to congress, sooner rather than later, or those documents are being used in a criminal investigation.\u00a0 Either outcome is likely to be very embarrassing for the MSM who has ignored this for so long.<\/p>\n

All we know at this point is that Holt, at least, is on the case and odds are other people are also going to start asking some very serious questions.<\/p>\n
