Sometimes events that seem non-related are extremely significant.\u00a0 For example, the Boss Tweed machine in New York City was exposed by a horse carriage accident when the bookkeeper was kicked in the head.\u00a0 He was replaced by someone who helped dismantle the entire Tammany Hall machine.<\/p>\n

We may have seen this happen again with the jury decision to acquit Noor Salman of aiding and abetting her husband\u2019s slaughter at the Pulse nightclub.\u00a0 The Orlando Sentinel published a statement by the jury foreman:<\/p>\n

I wish that the FBI had recorded their interviews with Ms. Salman as there were several significant inconsistencies with the written summaries of her statements.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If it is true that the FBI deliberately filed false information to get a Title 1 FISA Warrant and they may have deliberately redacted a 302, this could have a significant impact on a lot of cases.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I do not know if that jury in Orlando was familiar with the Title 1 FISA Warrant concerns, but it obviously was reluctant to accept an FBI 302 as irrefutable evidence.\u00a0 Incredibly the jury thought Ms. Salman was probably guilty, but the failure of the FBI to conduct a proper investigation resulted in a decision to vote for acquittal.<\/p>\n

A verdict of not guilty did NOT mean that we thought Noor Salman was unaware of what Omar Mateen was planning to do. On the contrary we were convinced she did know. She may not have known what day, or what location, but she knew. However, we were not tasked with deciding if she was aware of a potential attack. The charges were aiding and abetting and obstruction of justice.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This has significant implications for the entire Russia Collusion investigation and the Robert Mueller Special Counsel operation.\u00a0 The FBI is famous for indicting people for lying to the FBI, based on a FBI 302 interview memo. \u00a0Michael Flynn is the most recent casualty.\u00a0 His attorneys and the Judge now presiding over that case will probably pay very close attention to what this jury foreman said.<\/p>\n

Nearly the entire senior staff of the FBI has been removed from position because of concerns over bias.\u00a0 One of the text messages between Strzok and Page hinted that a 302 was deliberately redacted to avoid infuriating congress.\u00a0 The sad reality is that there is good reason to question the integrity of the FBI.\u00a0 The jury in Orlando understood that and that is why they voted to acquit someone they thought was guilty.<\/p>\n

It is increasingly obvious that the entire Russian Collusion investigation and the Robert Mueller Special Counsel operations are also hopelessly compromised.\u00a0 The jury of the American people is likely to be very consistent with that of the Orlando Jury. Sorry, but we just can\u2019t trust you to tell the truth.<\/strong><\/p>\n
