Obviously, my timing with regard to the Rick Perry article was brilliant.\u00a0 He was probably in the process of withdrawing while I was typing.\u00a0\u00a0 I am not disappointed that Perry will not be the nominee.\u00a0 I always thought that was a long shot.\u00a0 What is depressing is that once again we are on the path to choosing a nominee for President in the worst possible way.\u00a0 Donald Trump is entertaining but it is frightening to think of him being President.\u00a0 Granted, anything would be better than Obama, but Donald Trump is the arch typical loose cannon.\u00a0 Ben Carson is in second place.\u00a0 He is a brilliant doctor and a very nice guy, but he doesn\u2019t have any executive experience at all.\u00a0 This means the top two Republican candidates at the moment are there almost entirely because of their celebrity status.\u00a0 Donald Trump literally has 100% name recognition and so far nothing else matters.\u00a0 The only solace at this point is that the worst Republican candidate is far better than the best Democratic candidate.<\/p>\n
I watched the campaigning this week lurching from laughing out loud to throwing up.\u00a0 Thanks God for Democrats.\u00a0 Hillary\u2019s latest effort to move past the \u201cmade up\u201d<\/strong> e-mail scandal is beyond pathetic.\u00a0 The end is near.\u00a0 Even Democrats realize this, which is why people are actually encouraging Joe Biden.\u00a0 Joe Biden?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 If Democrats can\u2019t do better than Joe Biden it is hard to imagine them winning anything.<\/p>\n I still predict that\u2026Jerry Brown, Governor of California, 76 years old, will be the Democratic nominee because he will be the only Democratic candidate who won\u2019t lose every state.\u00a0 Let\u2019s face the truth.\u00a0 When the following people are top candidates for President of the United States:\u00a0 Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden and, gasp, Jerry Brown it is hard to be optimistic.\u00a0 If we are this stupid we deserve our fate.<\/p>\n Not one of these people is remotely qualified to be President of the United States.\u00a0 But that no longer matters.\u00a0 What matters is \u201cname recognition.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 This is beyond pathetic.\u00a0 Listen closely.
