{"id":2929,"date":"2014-11-18T16:31:39","date_gmt":"2014-11-18T23:31:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scotshonor.com\/?p=2929"},"modified":"2014-11-18T16:31:39","modified_gmt":"2014-11-18T23:31:39","slug":"a-nationwide-sellout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scotshonor.com\/?p=2929","title":{"rendered":"A NATIONWIDE SELLOUT!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following New York Times article reveals an ugly truth that should be equally troubling to both Democrats and Republicans.\u00a0 For decades we have heard about how evil Republicans were totally in cahoots with big business while ignoring the plight of the little guy.\u00a0 Liberals were right about politicians cutting deals with big business to rip off the little guy.\u00a0 They just got the wrong political party.\u00a0 Democrats, under the guidance of Obama, apparently cut a deal with the health insurance industry resulting in massive profits for them while sticking the little guy with outrageous premiums and unaffordable deductibles.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a Liberal you should ask yourself a very important question.\u00a0 Why were the health insurance companies demonized by Obama so willing to accept ObamaCare? The obvious answer is that they knew that he was lying.\u00a0 He had no plans to stop health insurance companies from excessive profits.\u00a0 Instead, he was guaranteeing them.\u00a0 This just may be the worst rip-off in our nation\u2019s history.<\/p>\n<p>Not just millions, not just billions, but tens of billions in tax payer\u2019s dollars were funneled to the health insurance industry.\u00a0 Obama wasn\u2019t just lying to stupid Republicans; he was lying to Democrats too.\u00a0 At the same time he was arrogantly blaming rising health care costs on the evil health insurance companies, he was secretly increasing both health care costs and health insurance company profits. \u00a0At least Conservatives knew that Obama was lying.\u00a0 That was really obvious to anyone paying attention. But Liberals lapped this up big time.\u00a0 They must be very proud.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/11\/18\/us\/politics\/health-law-turns-obama-and-insurers-into-allies.html?_r=0\">http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/11\/18\/us\/politics\/health-law-turns-obama-and-insurers-into-allies.html?_r=0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cInsurers and the government have developed a symbiotic relationship, nurtured by tens of billions of dollars that flow from the federal Treasury to insurers each year,\u201d said Michael F.
