\u201cI got a call today from Richard Pilger Direct Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ. \u2026.He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folks could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applied who \u201clied\u201d on their 1024s \u2013 saying they weren\u2019t planning on doing political activity and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures.\u201d<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\nThis is more than enough ammunition to justify both a select committee and a special prosecutor.\u00a0 It is impossible to pretend that the DOJ can objectively investigate actions that it requested.<\/p>\n
It has never been hard to figure out the motivation for the actions taken by both the DOJ and the IRS.\u00a0 But up until now no one was stupid enough to admit it.\u00a0 Well that just changed. Lois Lerner not only admitted this, she documented it in writing.\u00a0 In this day and age how on earth could she be so arrogant and so stupid?\u00a0 Oh by the way, she wanted to coordinate things with the FEC.\u00a0 Nice!<\/p>\n
This e-mail is devastating and it is just the start.\u00a0 \u00a0This is about to blow sky high and none of the main stream media networks will be able to continue ignoring this.\u00a0 Where there smoke, there fire.\u00a0 In this we have gun smoke and if this is not enough of a smoking gun, wait until tomorrow.<\/p>\n
