It all boils down to how one defines “affordable.”\u00a0 President Obama has been\u00a0telling us that\u00a0The Affordable Health Care Act would provide “affordable” to quality healthcare for every\u00a0American.\u00a0 Who could argue with that.\u00a0\u00a0Wouldn’t everyone like to see every American have access to “affordable” health care?\u00a0 But the problem is that “affordable” means different things to different people.\u00a0 Recent polls consistently show\u00a0about 40% of people\u00a0interested in getting ObamaCare\u00a0think it is free.\u00a0 To them affordable meant free.\u00a0 They thought this would be like the Obama Phone.\u00a0 They would just have to show up and they would get free health care.\u00a0 Life was good.<\/p>\n
Now\u00a0ObamaCare is here and it most definitely is not free.\u00a0 Instead it is very expensive and there are high deductibles.\u00a0 In addition, if you decide you don’t want it, you have to pay a fine.\u00a0 The more people learn about ObamaCare the less they like it.\u00a0\u00a0Initial enrollment figures are dismal and likely to get worse.<\/p>\n
How were so many people\u00a0stupid enough to think this would work?\u00a0\u00a0The answer is easy.\u00a0 Liberals have completely taken over our colleges and universities.\u00a0 A vast majority of people working in the main stream are liberals.\u00a0Liberals “feel” that ObamaCare is a good idea so\u00a0they\u00a0ignored all the warning signs.\u00a0All criticism of ObamaCare was viewed as sour grapes.\u00a0 \u00a0Even now, when ObamaCare is such a complete failure, they are trying to convince themselves that somehow this will work.\u00a0 They are convinced that Republican opposition is fueled solely by the irrational Tea Party.\u00a0 They cannot even comprehend the possibility that Republicans are actually opposed to ObamaCare because it is worse than the worst estimate.<\/p>\n
Ultimately, the final decision on ObamaCare isn’t up to Democrats, Republicans or even the main stream media.\u00a0 The real decision will be made by the American People.\u00a0 If a majority of people think this is a good deal and they enroll, then ObamaCare will be a roaring success.\u00a0 However, if the current trend continues, the ObamaCare cannot survive.<\/p>\n
We are down to the defining moment.\u00a0\u00a0If the Affordable Care Act is affordable, then ObamaCare is here to stay.\u00a0 If it is not, then it cannot survive.<\/p>\n
