{"id":2118,"date":"2013-05-10T23:42:06","date_gmt":"2013-05-11T06:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scotshonor.com\/?p=2118"},"modified":"2013-05-10T23:42:06","modified_gmt":"2013-05-11T06:42:06","slug":"the-picnic-to-the-panic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scotshonor.com\/?p=2118","title":{"rendered":"THE PICNIC TO THE PANIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>President Obama was re-elected in November, 2012.\u00a0 Democrats held a picnic to rejoice over their great victory.\u00a0\u00a0Now, just six months later, they are showing signs of panic.\u00a0 The White House held a deep back ground off the record meet and greet with selected White House news reporters today.\u00a0 It is an act of desperation:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/blogs\/media\/2013\/05\/white-house-holds-offrecord-benghazi-briefing-163704.html?hp=l1\">http:\/\/www.politico.com\/blogs\/media\/2013\/05\/white-house-holds-offrecord-benghazi-briefing-163704.html?hp=l1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The White House has moved into full crisis management mode.\u00a0 The Benghazi story is picking up steam.\u00a0 It is exploding faster than anyone predicted. We could easily be on our way to a select committee:<\/p>\n<p>These \u201coff the record\u201d meetings are designed for the administration to leak information to the media that they would never say publicly.\u00a0 One possibility is that they will blame everything on Hillary. \u00a0Obama always blames somebody else for everything.\u00a0 Obama would blame Bush, but that is clearly not an option.\u00a0 But\u00a0I wonder if Obama understands the size of the &#8220;protect Hillary at any cost brigade?&#8221;\u00a0 A huge part of the main stream media is already in their full Hillary protection mode.\u00a0 They will not respond well if Obama throws her under the bus<\/p>\n<p>The least likely scenario is that this administration will just tell the truth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To add salt to the wound, the families of the Navy Seals killed in a helicopter crash held a Press Conference.\u00a0 They played a video of a Muslim cleric speaking at the funeral for these Seals in Afghanistan.\u00a0 No Christian clergy was allowed to participate.\u00a0 We didn&#8217;t want to risk offending Muslims.\u00a0 If the translation is accurate, this Muslim cleric chose to rip the Seals at their own funeral service.\u00a0 I can\u2019t imagine many things that will be more infuriating to Americans.\u00a0 Following is the link to the video.\u00a0 Judge for yourself:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/05\/09\/families-say-muslim-cleric-disparaged-dead-navy-seals-at-their-own-funeral\/\">http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/05\/09\/families-say-muslim-cleric-disparaged-dead-navy-seals-at-their-own-funeral\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is what happens when our politicians let political correctness over-ride common sense.\u00a0 When Osama bin Laden was killed, we went to great lengths to give him a proper Muslim funeral.\u00a0 Yet there was total disregard to the religious beliefs of our own Navy Seals.\u00a0 This is disgraceful.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TDM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Obama was re-elected in November, 2012.\u00a0 Democrats held a picnic to rejoice over their great victory.\u00a0\u00a0Now, just six months later, they are showing signs of panic.\u00a0 The White House held a deep back ground off the record meet and &hellip;
