The Trayvon Martin case has now reached the pinnacle of absurdity.\u00a0 The following ABC News report shows that George Zimmerman received some rather significant injuries during the altercation.\u00a0 This is a far cry from their previous report which claimed video showed Zimmerman had no injuries at all:<\/p>\n

The autopsy report on Trayvon Martin has been released and it shows damages to his knuckles.\u00a0 \u00a0It also shows that he was shot at a distance from 1 to 18 inches.\u00a0 According to another recent ABC News report, the police reports and the witness statements also back up George Zimmerman\u2019s version of events:<\/p>\n

Oh, by the way, it turns out that Trayvon Martin tested positive for marijuana.\u00a0 I guess you never know about those skittles.\u00a0 But facts never get in the way of liberals.\u00a0 The State Prosecutor is still planning to try him for Second Degree murder.\u00a0 This is so unjustified that even Alan Dershowitz is embarrassed and outraged.\u00a0 To add insult to injury, Eric Holder has the FBI investigating in the desperate search for \u201csome\u201d evidence of a hate crime, so he can seek the death penalty.<\/p>\n

I know there are always two sides to every story and strongly belief that the legal system should be allowed to work.\u00a0 But enough is enough.\u00a0 It is increasingly clear that the liberal left tried and convicted George Zimmerman in the court of public opinion because they were absolutely desperate to find evidence of angry white people attacking innocent black children.\u00a0 Now, after finally seeing some of the hard evidence, it is obvious that the media got it all wrong.\u00a0 At best this was disgracefully inept reporting.\u00a0 At worst it was deliberately distorting the facts in an attempt to generate racial outrage.\u00a0 Sadly, this succeeded when people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton rose to the bait and could not resist biting at the racial outrage apple.\u00a0<\/p>\n

George Zimmerman was presumed guilty because he looked white.\u00a0 Incredibly, when it turned out that Zimmerman is actually Hispanic, the media invented a new term, \u201cwhite Hispanic,\u201d to try and justify their racist opinion.\u00a0 Zimmerman had to be white, otherwise who would think he was guilty?\u00a0 Trayvon Martin was assumed innocent because he looked black.\u00a0 Trayvon Martin wasn\u2019t shot for \u201cwalking while black,\u201d George Zimmerman was prosecuted for \u201cdefending himself while white.\u201d<\/p>\n

The media was right about one thing.\u00a0 This is a racist hate crime.\u00a0 It is a hate crime against George Zimmerman.\u00a0 Congratulations to ABC for running this story.\u00a0 CNN is also starting to report more accurately.\u00a0 Of course they still had Dr. Drew on so they could \u201cexplain away the marijuana\u201d but at least they reported it.\u00a0 Both CNN and ABC botched it big time at the start, but now they are doing a much better job of reporting this fairly and accurately.\u00a0 It is important to recognize it when the main stream media does get it right.<\/p>\n

I think the backlash on the Trayvon Martin case is about to reach historic levels.\u00a0 It should!\u00a0 If George Zimmerman was a black man facing criminal charges because of such flimsy evidence there would be \u201cFree George Zimmerman\u201d signs all over the country.\u00a0 Sounds about right!<\/p>\n
