THE HYPOCRITICAL OATH

Some of you may have been wondering what has happened to Democrats. This country has been dominated by two political parties for a long time. Democrats and Republicans frequently disagree on almost every issue. That is not new. But they still could be friends, they could work together, socialize together, go to church together. One might disagree with someone without considering them to be disagreeable.

That has obviously changed and now Democrats seem to view anyone who disagrees with them to be pure evil. I recently discovered a document that explains a lot of what is happening. It is an oath taken secretly by liberal Democrats:

THE HYPOCRITICAL OATH

I swear by myself, as my own god, and by my fellow gods, goddesses and goddettes, making them my witnesses that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgement, this oath and indenture.

I swear allegiance to the Democratic Party and to the progressive and liberal doctrine for which it stands.

I pledge allegiance to the global liberal universe, united under no god and dedicated to the proposition that only liberals are created equal.

I promise to listen only to my liberal professors, Hollywood stars and reporters on CNN and other liberal media outlets.

To never let facts distort the reality of my personal feelings and sentiments.

To never let logic detract from the power of shared emotion.

To practice tolerance by refusing to tolerate those who disagree with my vision of tolerance.

To show love by expressing public outrage at those who refuse to worship at the alter of political correctness.

To ignore corruption and abuse of power by those who continue to speak words soothing to my fellow liberals.

To prosecute, to the fullest extent possible, those who dare express disagreement with universal progressive values.

To honor freedom of religion, as long as that religion is not Christianity, and to honor freedom from religion.

To worship freedom of speech as long as such speech conforms to the latest edition of political correctness.

The ceremony is following by singing “Imagine” by John Lennon:

Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try

No hell below us
Above us only sky

Imagine all the people living for today

Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too

Imagine all the people living life in peace, you

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world, you

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

No one seems to notice that Lennon is not describing  paradise he is describing chaos where evil rules and the brotherhood of man is blurred by the stench of institutional poverty. World War II could have easily been avoided as long as one didn’t mind Adolph Hitler in charge.
